The Rustic Fox is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3100 sq. ft. cabin designed for relaxation, fun and romance. It is located in the sought after Chalet village neighborhood which is very close (minutes) to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. You will find this is a well appointed and spacious home perfect for your mountain getaway! We have a large flat driveway with ample parking with no steep driveways to navigate.

Our cabin has 4 bedrooms--3 master bedrooms with en-suites and a large loft bedroom that all the kids and adults are sure to enjoy! There is no shortage of hang out spots and places to relax. As you enter the cabin on the main floor, you will be greeted with large, grand windows that showcase the stunning mountain views, vaulted ceilings, and an amazing floor to ceiling stone fireplace. A large dining area and massive kitchen with great views of the mountains is there for all to enjoy. The chef of the family will enjoy top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, and a fully stocked kitchen to make a gourmet meal. For those who love to grill, a charcoal grill is available. Another full bathroom (with tub/shower)is available in addition on the main level. A spacious and beautiful master bedroom with en-suite that has access to the huge deck completes the main floor.

The lower level is just as wonderful as the main level. A huge game room with a pool table, shuffle board, multicade/video game machine with over 60 games on it, large flat screen TV, pub table, and multiple board games will surely keep everyone entertained and make a lifetime of memories! Air hockey and another multicade video game in the bunk room! Did I mention the VIEWS! Beautiful!! There are 2 more MASSIVE, beautiful master bedrooms with en-suites, both with access to the massive decks on the lower level. There is access to the decks from EVERYWHERE in this cabin to allow you to enjoy the beauty that is the Smoky Mountains. Another half bath completes the lower level.

Lets not forget the loft bedroom with awe inspiring views that all the kids and adults are sure to enjoy! Flat screen TV, air hockey, and another video game console are located there for everyones continued enjoyment!

DECKS/DECKS/VIEWS/VIEWS !! Large, expansive, and covered! Relax and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking and gaze at the twinkling stars and cabin lights that dot the valley below. You will find a nice dining area with fire table and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for all to enjoy the mountain air and sounds of the outdoors. Don't forget the fire pit area! Nothing is more relaxing than sitting down and enjoying the fire with a glass of wine....Wait, perhaps enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub!!

Multiple, large, flat screen TVs with spectrum cable are located in all bedrooms, game room, and common areas. Free Wi-Fi of course for all those who need to stay connected. The Rustic Fox is a perfect cabin to gather and enjoy time together, whether you are indoors or outdoors; you will find something for everyone!

Commonly asked questions:

1) What household supplies are provided? We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, hair dryers, and 2 box fans.
2) What does the kitchen include? The kitchen is fully stocked with typical supplies. This includes blender, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker, keurig and regular coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, and wine glasses.
3) What baby items are supplied? High chair (If needed, please inform us).
4) Grill? Charcoal BBQ per Gatlinburg regulations. We do not provide charcoal.
5) Are animals/pets allowed? Under no circumstances do we allow animals/pets. The home is animal/pet free. The homeowners and their children have severe allergies and animals will pose severe health risks.
6) Are hot tubs cleaned? We drain, clean, and refill the hot tub after every stay.
7) Is there an outdoor pool and community club house? Yes!! We have 3 community pools and clubhouses. Pools are open from Memorial Day weekend in May through Labor Day weekend in September.
8) Is price negotiable? No. Prices are as stated and no fees are reduced or eliminated.
9) When is second payment due? 30 days prior to your stay.
10) What time is check in and check out? Check in after 4pm and check out by 10 am.
11) How do cancellations work? Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations due to weather or natural disasters are non-refundable.
12) How are roads to cabin? The roads are paved and well maintained. If snow or ice is present, 4 wheel drive or snow chains are recommended. That is a rule of thumb for all mountain roads.
13) Are there any days that check in or check out is not permitted? Thanksgiving and Christmas.
14) Do you provide travel insurance?
If cancellation is a concern, or shortened length of booking, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstance is a concern, we highly recommend the purchase of cancellation protection from CSA. This does not go through us. We cannot operate outside our cancellation policy for any reason.
15) When will I get cabin address and cabin access information? The address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made.
16) Propane— We provide one full tank for the fire pit and/or fire table. If more propane is needed, you may exchange the tank at multiple locations throughout Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
