Welcome to 21 Capetown, a charming 3 bedroom + loft / 2 bath unit in serene Ocean Pines! Just a short drive into Ocean City, this home is located close enough to the "action" but far enough away to be able to relax and unwind away from the excitement!
This is a beach-themed 3 bedroom home with a loft has all of the beach vibes along with all of the comforts of home! This home is equipped with full decks on the front and back of the house, a 10'x12' screened in area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. 21 Capetown has more than enough room to sleep 6, with a King bedroom, Queen bedroom, full bedroom, and a cozy loft that has 2 twin beds and a daybed. This home has a keypad entry to allow 24 hour check-ins, parking for 4 vehicles, full sized washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, 3 smart televisions, outdoor games, a grill, and 2 full bathrooms. Along with the rental, we provide a parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club located in Ocean City on 49th street, you can enjoy live entertainment, the beach, showers, lockers, food + drinks, and bathrooms! Short 10 min. drive via Rt 90. Pets welcome with a fee. Bring your kayak and paddle board to launch at one of several water access points just a few blocks away. Bring your bikes to ride on the quiet streets or on maintained bike trails. Nice back yard to play horse shoes or corn hole after you time at the beach. Ocean Pines has 5 swimming pools which can be used for a daily access fee. Also available are pickle ball courts, tennis, water access to launch kayaks or power boats. There is easy access to grocery stores, water front dining at the Yacht Club along with numerous other restaurants. Come enjoy the best of both worlds.

It was pet friendly, clean, and lots of things to do. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on tbe screened in porch while we had our morning coffee.

We enjoyed our stay off the island. The home is well maintained and many necessities are provided (paper products, dish soap, etc.). The outdoor space is awesome with 2 fire pits which we enjoyed. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. Would stay here again.

We had a great time in Ocean Pines. Home was clean and comfortable, located on a quiet street with nice neighbors. The pools and yacht club were enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful time at this cute house for a family trip. Well equipped and very clean. Definitely would stay there again!

Great place to stay

This house was very clean, although it did have an ant problem. Easy drive to the beach. Lots of amenities in the ocean pines community for kids. Would stay there again!

Wonderful First Time

Our first family vacation in Ocean City, Maryland was wonderful! Staying in Ocean Pines really could not have been better! We enjoyed taking the dogs for a walk, biking, kayaking, crabbing, going to the beach, the boardwalk and great food at the restaurants!

Overall good experience at this location. Close to beach and parking pass is a great amenity. Such a nice neighborhood to take dogs for walk and close proximity to all things from shopping, boardwalk, beach, marinas. Would stay again.

beautiful house

House was awesome and in great shape. Only primary issue was that the street is dark and that there are not a lot of lights around the house at night. The hot water did not last long but it was tolerable. Kitchen was stocked and there were lots of pots and pans everything necessary to cook and clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Nice place to relax in Ocean Pines

Booked a week but cut short due to tropical storm Ophelia. House was nicely set up for our family. Lots of things to do…corn hole, games, DVD, etc. Lovely neighbors. Recommend for families or partners. Several small issues including ants in kitchen. Didn’t spray because our pup was with us.

Early October visit

This house was very comfortable and perfect for me and my family's visit to the Eastern Shore. Such a nice quiet street near where my parents used to live. Close to all that we love about this area. Lots of reminiscing at our favorited places like Berlin and Assateague Island. The gas fire pit was such a nice touch with the cooler weather. The house was sparkling clean. I haven't rented a house from VRBO in quite a few years and in this instance you work with a property rental company and contract, which is a little different than what I'm used. Lovely house. Great area. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience at 21 Capetown!

This charming property is well-maintained and perfect for a small family or group of friends. It's on a quiet residential street in Ocean Pines with friendly neighbors. While on the smaller side, the house is well laid out and space efficient. On the first floor, there's a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, 2 generous-sized guest bedrooms and a full bath in the hallway, and an upstairs loft with three twin beds. Nice large kitchen equipped with everything necessary to cook at home. Plus a screened-in porch, front and back decks, grill, and fire pit. Friendly property managers, who were communicative and responsive. We had a perfect beach vacation and will definitely plan to reserve this property again!

First Time in OP

This was a nice property. Management company very responsive and great to work with. Feel bad because it sounds like prior guests brought way more people then allowed in listing and it took a toll on the property. Damage and a bit of a mess. Overcome with ants likely due to leaving doors open. Did not have all sheets and towels as some rental info indicated but we brought our own and was not a big deal. Given my interaction with management I can’t imagine they won’t have it ship shape for future guests.

Great vacation

This house sat in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbor to the left was very friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. They provide a quick information note with a local map and good places to eat, which we thought was very helpful. Bed linens and kitchen towels were provided, however only 2 bath towels were provided. According to the info note only 2 were provided per guest. As a family of 4, that wasn’t going to work for us, we went and bought 2 more towels to use and take home. That was the only negative I had about our stay, but it was minor. My sons loved the horseshoe pit and use of the bikes in the shed. If we were vacationing in the area again, we’d rent this house again.
