Wonderful stay!

Phenomenal location, beautiful view!!!!! Having paddleboards and kayaks was fantastic- such a neat location with the sand bars right off the shoreline. Highly recommended house and location!

No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend!

My fourth or fifth rental here. Great place if you’d like to bonefish. Even better place to watch a sunset.

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets! Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby.

If you are looking for a place with beautiful views, you’ve found it here! Many beaches nearby & you can kayak right in front of your place! Joanas was awesome & a wealth of information for places to eat & things to do! Would highly recommend!!

Incredible location

We had a great time at Seabreeze Lodge. Joanes the property manager was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. The outdoor space was very relaxing and had pretty much everything we needed. The view from the property is like no other. I highly recommend this property.

Spectacular Spot

What a spectacular spot to kayak, paddleboard, watch the sunset and then stars at night. We were even fortunate enough to see a spaceX launch from Florida and watch the rocket on its flight. Hanging out at the pool with friends after a day of beach hopping was phenomenal. We can't wait to come down for another visit.

Wonderful waterfront to enjoy Exuma's beauty!

We stayed a week here and loved it. The "leeward" side was beautiful and calmer during a week with higher end winds. We were able to use the kayaks several times and kayaking to the sand bar was a great experience. The kitchen was set up for all of our cooking needs. The grill worked great. You cannot beat this view. It is spectacular and we are sure to return here as we felt safe and were close enough to Georgetown to feel centrally located. Thank you for sharing your place!

Wonderful location, well appointed property, amazing potential. Slight hiccups along the way, but nothing could detract from the ocean/pool/coldAC. Thankful they provided paddle boards and kayaks. Will stay here again.

Paradise

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the deck and the pool was absolutely second to none. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and daily serenity and somewhere to stay where you don’t have to actually leave to go do anything this is the place. There is plenty to do on the island, but you’re going to need a rental car and the excursions aren’t cheap.

Great views and clean place

You can see by the pics you got a great view of the sand bar and the pool is great to relax in after a day in the salt water. Owner was responsive and helpful. Coral roads to enter the neighborhood are a bumpy but that’s just the way Exuma is when you turn off queens highway. Great spot.

Perfect vacation house

This was located in a quiet remote location with amazing views from the sand bars to the brilliant bright stars and amazing sunsets. It had everything we needed, kayaks, floats, coolers, kitchen appliances, beach gear etc. We enjoyed snorkeling off the deck, kayaking to the remote island, and the pool. Communication with the owner and property manager fantastic! Can’t wait to go again! It was off a gravel road so the jeep was the way to go! We even had food delivered by Dena’s donuts. Exuma is amazing and we didn’t miss not having a beach as we could enjoy the chairs on the patio and easy access to shallow water which extended all the way for 11/2 miles to mesquito cage.

Amazing Views

We loved sitting on the edge every morning and seeing the sun come up. We cooked delicious meals everyday in the kitchen and the ac kept us cold at night, loved that we had hot water in showers. I will return soon We loved the grounds keeper he came by several times and checked on us. I highly recommend

Love Seabreeze

This place is fantastic!! Location is just the best. We kayaked everyday. We used the paddle board. The pool is a wonderful amenity. The view is spectacular. The outside area has a gazebo with couches and a hammock. So peaceful and serene. We kayaked out to the island The check in process was smooth. The roads are a little rough so make sure you get a SUV

House in Paradise

The house was amazing! Perfect for our family & the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The pool was such an added bonus after a day in the ocean! We had such an amazing time in Exuma! The property manager was amazing and available for any questions or issues we had. I would give more stars if I could! Thank you guys!

Great Stay!

Had a great 6 night stay with my family. House is great, views are amazing and communication with both the owner and Property Manager Joanes was quick and easy. Speaking of Joanes, he is great and super helpful, helped set me up with boat operator for a day on the water seeing Iguanas, Pigs, Sharks and Thunderball Grotto which was a highlight. I told Joanes my only problem was that I want to explore more of the Bahamian Islands, but that I can't wait to have another stay at the house!

Perfect stay

Seabreeze lodge was beautiful! First arriving the outside area and views are everything I expected and so much more. Inside was clean, comfy and cute. They have updated the living room with new furniture and it looks so beautiful and welcoming. We sat outside of hours everyday soaking those views in. The kayaks and SUPs were our appeal to the boneflats and nothing about this trip disappointed. Joanes was amazing and kind and helpful. Best hosts ever. Can't wait to return

Breathtaking Views

The property is in a great location 15 minutes from Georgetown, although the road getting to the property is pretty rough. We struggled in our minivan. I would highly suggest a Jeep. The views are spectacular. We were able to swim out in front of the property. The property is spacious the living room and dining room furniture has been upgraded from the pictures. Some attention to detail is needed. Property manager, Jonas was awesome.

Great Vacation! Great location!

Despite all of the worst flooding the island has seen in 9 years, our family had a wonderful time. We didn’t get to visit many beaches or eateries, but we did manage a few. The house was convenient to Little Exuma and Georgetown. It was wonderful having a pool. Jonas was very helpful. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards. We enjoyed these during the times with no rain. We will have to come back for a redo for sure. The new owner was very accommodating and we look forward to booking again.

Bonefish Flats Exuma Home

House was great. Enough space for our family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids (13, 9). Communication was easy but do wish check in instructions were given earlier. Upon arrival I had no cell service so was not aware that the proprty manager was going to be leaving the door unlocked for us. Not a huge deal but a little scary to start our trip with not knowing how to get into the home. The house was clean and as pictured. There were some linens with stains and the shower showed rust but otherwise in gclean. You will need an SUV to get to the house. Roads are rocky. . The property manager was attentive to whatever we needed but honestly didn't bother him.for much. The views were spectacular. The kayaks and paddleboards were great. Overall we had a great time. although

Beautiful Views

An outstanding house that served the needs of our adult family perfectly. The views are amazing. The back yard pool area was outstanding. The pool had a leak and was low on water, but still swimmable and going to be repaired soon we were told. The "roads" leading to the house ... wow ... that is all you can say ... LOL. Be prepared for an off-road experience ... but this is the nature of the island as a whole. Overall though this vacation was perfect. Beautiful island and it's people are wonderful.

Fantastic Family Trip in Paradise

My husband and I stayed at the Seabreeze Lodge with my brother and 3 children (ages 14, 13 and 11). We had an amazing few days lounging by the pool, kayaking/paddleboarding in the bay and exploring Exuma. The road to the house is a bit bumpy but that's part of the charm of driving around Great Exuma. We all had plenty of room to rest after long days outside. We LOVED having the paddleboards and kayaks. Every night we'd return from adventures to find a huge sand bar that we rowed out to for a long walk. The interior is showing signs of wear and tear but that is also to be expected on an island with limited resources. We had everything we needed though...coffee maker, plenty of towels (beach and bath), filtered water, laundry machines. Joanes is very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
