Landfall Exuma est une belle maison de 3 chambres et 2 Ă©tages au bord de l'eau Ă  Moriah Harbour sur l'Ăźle de Great Exuma. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  l'extrĂȘme est trĂšs calme de l'Ăźle, Ă  1,6 km du pont de Little Exuma. C'est un endroit parfait pour les familles ou les couples en voyage pour vivre des aventures Exuma.
Landfall a été construit dans un style traditionnel des Caraïbes. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet à la chaleur des Bahamas de monter des piÚces et de s'écouler dans la magnifique coupole ventilée. Parsemés d'articles uniques faits à la main, des volets avant à la table de la salle à manger, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous pendant votre séjour.
Quelle est la meilleure partie de Landfall?
Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Que vous souhaitiez louer un bateau, une planche à pagaie ou un kayak sur une plage déserte lorsque vous visitez Landfall, tout est question d'eau.
Landfall est situĂ© Ă  environ 5 min en kayak ou Ă  1 min en bateau de Moriah Cay et de certaines des plages les plus belles et isolĂ©es d'Exuma. Moriah Cay, un parc national protĂ©gĂ© et Man O War cay sont facilement visitĂ©s depuis votre quai privĂ©. Louez un bateau pour la semaine et explorez toutes les magnifiques eaux bleues sur des kilomĂštres. Passez la journĂ©e Ă  faire des randonnĂ©es sur l'Ăźle de stockage, allez Ă  la pĂȘche aux os Ă  100 mĂštres ou trouvez une plage dĂ©serte pour jouer toute la journĂ©e. Landfall est la base idĂ©ale pour vraiment explorer Ă  la fois Elizabeth et Moriah Harbour.
Un autre avantage est l'emplacement de Landfall sur Great Exuma. Situé à environ 10 minutes à l'est de Georgetown et prÚs de Queen's Highway; Landfall est un endroit trÚs calme pour se reposer et récupérer. La maison est dans un quartier calme de 4 autres maisons au bord de l'eau et possÚde 2 kayaks simples et 2 planches à pagaie de 10 pieds. De plus, nous avons de nombreux jeux, puzzles, WiFi et TV satellite pour l'un de nos deux téléviseurs 48 pouces. Landfall dispose de deux salons pour que les enfants puissent regarder un film dans une piÚce et que les adultes puissent passer une soirée tranquille dans l'autre salon.
Les brÚves pannes de courant sont courantes dans les ßles des Bahamas, nous avons donc ajouté un générateur de maison entier Generac 22kw pour votre confort. Vous aurez toujours du pouvoir!
Il y a deux coins salons extĂ©rieurs. Le pont offre une vue magnifique sur le port de Moriah oĂč la brise fraĂźche en fait un endroit idĂ©al pour dĂ©jeuner ou dĂźner. Le patio Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la chambre principale a un parasol et des siĂšges qui en font un endroit idĂ©al pour regarder les invitĂ©s jouer dans l'eau.
* La chambre principale a un roi et est en bas avec une belle vue sur l'eau, la deuxiĂšme chambre king est Ă  l'Ă©tage avec la chambre Ă  deux lits et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux.
* 2 kayaks simples et 2 planches Ă  pagaie
* Apportez votre équipement de plongée en apnée et la plongée avec tuba juste à cÎté du quai.
* PĂȘche Ă  l'os - Ă  moins de 100 mĂštres. Ou sortez avec un guide.
* Vous voulez faire un tour de la région en bateau? Faites-vous ramasser sur votre quai privé.
* Louez un bateau et amarrez-le derriĂšre la maison pour votre sĂ©jour. Ensuite, vous ĂȘtes libre d'explorer toute la rĂ©gion.
* Plage déserte de 3 milles à moins de 300 mÚtres de pagaie en kayak

Fantastic Location Overlooking Moriah Harbour

We have been lucky enough to travel all over and have never experienced water as many shades of blue as in Exuma. This may have ruined all other oceans/beaches that we visit in the future as there is really nothing like it. The house has everything that you need and we didn't hear or see any neighbors while there. We took the kayaks out for a quick 20 minute paddle across the bay and had amazing beaches to ourselves daily. Do not hesitate to stay at Landfall, the owner was very responsive and we had no issues with anything.

Pretty view, nice location. Well appointed house. Great kitchen. Only 2 baths, one downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms have open ceiling so a bit noisy, but overall a great house that we really enjoyed!

Landfall is amazing!

The house was clean and modern, and the layout is open and large, perfect for getting lots of bright light and harbor views. Communication with the owners was fast and helpful, and they provided tons of great information prior to our arrival. Having the dock was awesome, we rented a boat and kept it there for our entire stay. This house is in a prime location for enjoying Moriah Harbor, do not hesitate to rent! I wished I could stay forever!!!

My family of 5 adults just spent a week at this property and had the best time! Beautiful house just as the picture showed. The view from the back deck was wonderful and we spent countless hours looking out to the most unbelievable water. We rented a boat for several days and loved that we were able to have the dock right there- made everything so easy! Will definitely be going back with friends!

Incredible!

Landfall is spectacular!! It had everything we needed and more and the amenities were fantastic. The house had so much room and is bigger than the pictures can encompass. The book of information that was there for us was spot on from spots to snorkel to navigating the shallow waters to the best places to eat. Just amazing! We will be back at Landfall!!!

Pure Bliss

We had an amazing vacation! The house was perfect, well organized, clean, and thoughtful. Everything from the welcome packet, the laminated maps, and the large water jugs that were provided were very helpful. We didn't have to worry about the details. We rented a boat from Drex, and he was great! We plan on returning! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Gorgeous views

We enjoyed this house for spring break with our daughters and 2 friends. This was our 3rd trip to Exuma, but first time staying at this property and in this area. The location was fantastic. The view from the porch is amazing. The layout was perfect for our group. The provided maps and instructions were very helpful. Desereen the property manager was great. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock for 3 days. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great house in Hartswell!

We were a party of four adults (two couples) and the space was more than ample for together time (games, movies, cocktails) or to spread out and relax. House was better than pictured - cute decor and comfy furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in which is perfect as the house is a bit of a drive from restaurants (Blu is nearby and was great). The kayaks and SUPs were great - let host know the size of life vests you’ll need. Dock was perfect for tying up a boat we rented for a few days. Communication with host was easy. We never had any power issues and AC worked fine. Internet/WiFi was the only thing that was sketchy - possibly a new router or mesh system could rectify that. We would stay again.

Beautiful House & View!

What can I say about this property! It was a home for sure! We checked in for our last week in Exuma and everything was perfect. Desereen was an AMAZING host, quick to answer any questions and give us any information we needed. The house was beautiful and inviting. The decor was great with the sail boat theme that summed up the life of the owners. Their story was fabulous! We were able to relax and take in the beauty of the island and the property. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, or small appliance we needed. The bed downstairs was amazing to wake up in, the sunlight coming right into the windows. Having cable was a plus. The bathrooms were great and it was nice to have full washer and dryer for us to use. The living area was great for relaxing at night. The dock is very well built and I must say, when docking our boat it was very helpful to have dock line and a ladder. We also weren't attached by nosee-ums! Over all an excellent stay. Would highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Home on a Gorgeous Island

This property was absolutely beautiful with fantastic views and equipped with everything needed to make our family vacation perfect. The moment you walk through the front door, you are greeted with mesmerizing views of Exuma's turquoise waters which can be enjoyed from both upstairs family rooms, the kitchen, the office, the master bedroom, deck and the dock. You will be hard-pressed find better views in Exuma. We were a family of 6, including my 80 year-old father and all of us had plenty of space to relax after each of our full days. Landfall has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to kayaks and paddle boards. The private dock is perfect as we rented a boat for our entire stay. Instead of renting a boat from the boat rental place in Georgetown (which has to be picked up and returned each day), we got to start and finish our days right from our own dock. Exuma is definitely a place where you will do most of your activities on the water so having your own private dock for a boat is a huge plus! The owners Sarah and Tom were terrific and always just a call or text away if we needed anything, which we didn't. We have traveled to many Caribbean islands and stayed at many villas. Landfall was definitely one of our favorites and one that we will return to again. A+++ Recommendation!

Beautiful Visit!

Landfall was wonderful-the pictures do not do it justice. Loved the wood sailboat hull collection and original artwork. It was perfect for our family of 4 — and the view is incredible! We snorkeled off the dock and saw turtles, reef fish, rays and a couple of lion fish. We caught fish out front too. For those that bonefish, there are nice bonefish flats out front. Just need to rent a smaller boat or get guide. We enjoyed exploring the island beaches. We did have that unpredictable spring weather and the wind blew very hard all week which did churn up the water and make it too rough to kayak/paddle board across to the bone flats and beyond. There is a current... hence the “lazy river” but with the winds and white caps, it was roaring! Drex did not want us to take the boat out of Moriah due to shallow haul over bay and the weather, but the boat was nice and he was great to rent from. If I were to do it over, I would split boat rental between Moriah Harbor and Elizabeth Harbor to really see the area and have different opportunities if weather is rough. The owners and caretaker were lovely and very responsive. We had no issues other than some funky dish service. Normally I wouldn’t be watching tv, but it was March madness so it was necessary. Owners had the repair guy out pronto, well in time for my disappointment. Location wise, it was 15 min or less to Santana’s (wonderful grouper and crack chicken) / mom’s / Tropic of Cancer beach, and about 20 to “town”. Airport was about 45min north. Very easy to get around, although we did not go north of the airport. We didn’t make it to Blu... which we heard was wonderful. Exuma restaurants are still getting back to normal and many are not open very late. it’s wise to call / make reservations. Santana’s for example will close early if it’s slow, especially midweek. We had no issues but found ourselves needing dinner a couple times at 7pm and not a lot is open. Splash beach bar was a lifesaver for the late nights. Would definitely stay again! The Anderson’s

Perfect location - perfect house

The house is just as described. Absolutely beautiful location, well stocked with towels, extra pillows/bedding, 4 beach chairs, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards, games, and more. The WiFi was great and it had 2 TVs although we didn't use them. The house is set up perfectly for 2 couples (plus 2 kids) with 2 king beds on separate sides of the house and a bedroom with twin beds. The 2 bathrooms were big and had large showers in both. One was private inside the downstairs bedroom with the king bed (which was huge with an incredible view), and the other was shared between the other 2 rooms and had a washer/dryer in it.It has 2 living rooms and a back porch with incredible views, a large dining table, a good kitchen, and a small office area, so there was plenty of room. The outdoor area was wonderful and the views were to die for. We rented a boat from one of the recommended guys, and they delivered and picked it up right from the dock.It was not walking distance to anywhere, but we loved that because it was quiet and private. We ate out every night and it took us 15-20 minutes to get to just about anywhere which wasnt bad.We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Exumas. The price was great for the location and amenities!

Cottage feel with views

Enjoyed the setting, the spacious sitting rooms (2), view from master bedroom, and locale close to town. Renting a boat is a must, swimming is in shallow waters everywhere, but colors in bay are mesmerizing. Kitchen could use some enhancements, but otherwise enjoyed our week. Owners seem to take care of property.

Peaceful oasis

We spent 8 days on Landfall and it immediately felt like our home away from home. The living space is so comfortable and we spent many hours playing the board games that were provided. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook and bake. The landscaping around the home is so beautiful and I especially loved the birds that frequented the surrounding trees and balcony. Beautiful views of the water. Would definitely highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home. Super comfortable. Great location. Unbelievable views. Desereen, the housekeeper, was so attentive, We did need her for a couple of things and she was right on it. Can't wait to go back!!!

We didn’t want to leave


This is a fantastic property for a family with teens that love to be on the water! We rented a boat, which was delivered to our dock, highly recommend this option if you want to be on the water. We all used the paddle boards and kayaks provided at house. WiFi was great and living room setup was ideal with 2 sitting areas. The location was out of the way and quiet, but well positioned between Georgetown (grocery store) and Little Exuma (Tropic of Cancer beach). The property manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Property pics are true representation of house and surrounding area. We would definitely stay in this location again if we returned to the same area on the island. đŸïž

Perfect

The house was beautiful. Being able to swim and snorkel and have a boat right at the house was phenomenal. The kayaks and paddle boards are a plus. The location was ideal for us as we like to be on the quieter side of the island.

Christmas in paradise

We loved our stay at Landfall. The house was perfect for our family of five. We rented a boat, enjoyed the kayaks provided, snorkeled around the corner from the house - saw two sea turtles right at the dock! Thank you to Desereen as she was available throughout our stay to answer any and all our questions. We loved the Exumas!

Perfect place to truly relax

A beautiful home with stunning views of Moriah Harbour and its incredible blue and green hues. We wanted a place to unwind, swim and snorkel in blue waters and enjoy family time together. This was the place!! Highly recommend.

Landfall is amazing. Pictures do not do the water in Exuma justice. Absolutely an amazing trip and we can’t wait to return.

Location, Location, Location!! Just a great location to explore a deserted island (moriah cay), rent a boat for the week, or kayak. Get to the best beaches in minutes.
Awesome place for kids to learn to snorkel and swim off the private dock. Or go out with a Bonefish guide and fish the shallows of the South Side of the island. They will just drop by and pick you up on the dock.

A boat lovers dream. If you like to boat and explore then this is your place. You can dock your rental boat right behind the house and take it out to explore over 15 miles of protected water. So much to see from the water.
Waterfront, Great Dock, good snorkeling and kayaking right in the area. Kayak over to Moriah Cay and walk one of the prettiest beaches you have ever seen. Bonefish 100 meters from the dock.
A quiet retreat that is a 15 min boat ride to the Chat and Chill and all the activity.
