This was the best spot in Exuma. We felt like we were the only people in the world at times. Charlie was the best host. He is very responsive to messages and very helpful while you are there. You MUST take a kayak over to Man-o-war Cay during low tide. Aim to land between the 2 mangroves and find your way to the other side.

Everyone enjoyed staying at Bay View Vacation Rentals. We rented both units for our family group. Both units were very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Charles was a great host, and Communication with him was great—he is always willing to answer your questions and help with any requests. Of course, the view of the blue water and Man-O-Way Caye was breathtaking. We would gather in the mornings under the gazebo-like structure right on the water for coffee. We highly recommend it !

Absolutely amazing property and host. The location was great. Your own beach area right out your front door. Man-O-War Cay is very short boat or kayak ride away. The lazy river is just a short boat ride away. Close proximity to drive down to little Exuma and explore all the beaches it has to offer. We can't wait to make a return trip.

Charlie’s place was wonderful! Clean, relaxing, comfortable, great friendly host, best view we found on the island was just out the back door of the rental! We were able to kayak to more beaches right from the property. Can’t wait to return!

Charlie is the best! House was clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the bay…spotted dolphins and turtles! Lots to explore nearby and Charlie attends to your needs! Even filled our tire with air before we left for the airport. Perfect spot for bonefishing with Charlie’s bother - Drex Rolle, who puts his boat in right there!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed, with the exception of storage containers/Tupperware. There was plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, beach towels, leftover spices, & hot water for the 2 of us. You are unable to adjust the thermostat, it is locked. The property is very large and well maintained. There are 2 street/yard lights outside the home. Charlie lives on the property & is very kind. The beach was nice, suited for little kids. I was unaware of the strong current that runs through the area. We rented the boat offered almost everyday. It has an old 2 stroke, anchor, cooler and life jackets (in laundry shed). Charlie takes the boat out of the water every night and fuels it for you. The boat made the trip!

Super clean. Even prettier than the pictures. You can kayak across the bay and watch amazing sunrises over the flats. We rented a boat from Charlie and visited the Moriah Harbour Cay National Park and the lazy river. We even kayaked down a few houses and snorkelled back and saw lion fish, barracuda, starfish, and lots of other tropical fish. Charlie was a fabulous host. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Just spent a fabulous week at Charlie's place. Such a beautiful piece of property to kick back and relax at. Loved the small beach to relax on and throw the football with my Son. Charlie is a wonderful host that will help you with whatever you need. Arranging the ride from and to the airport to having rental cars available at the property is extremely convenient. Can't wait to return to the paradise.

Serene and beautiful location

This is our 5th stay at this property. A perfect spot for a quiet vacation for two. Moriah Harbor is one of the prettiest spots on the island. It’s great to have ca an oat renal available onsite.

Bayview Villas is absolutely fantastic and definitely the best spot on the island! We travelled all around Exuma in one of Charlie’s hire cars and couldn’t find anywhere that compared. The location is perfect - quiet, relaxing, with beautiful views. The water is so blue, and we loved having the kayaks to explore the sandbar and islands opposite.The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything our family of four needed and more. Charlie is the best host we've ever had. He is friendly and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble.We had such an amazing time and would love to come back again in the future. If you're planning a trip to Exuma, we can't recommend staying here highly enough.Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. We loved every minute!

Extremely Clean, everything clean! Family friendly, extremely safe, quiet, peaceful, most beautiful landscape that is so calming! There is no noise pollution there or light pollution. You can hear and feel the wind, smell fresh air, hear the palm trees sway in the wind and the water clashing up on the rocks. Just an amazing place.

The location is one of the best kept secrets on the island! Beautiful, peaceful and perfect for hanging at the beach, kayaking or grilling. Charlie is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. The place was immaculate, well-equipped and charming. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare several meals and the grill was spotless. Plenty of outside seating, and comfortable inside too. We spent more time than intended at villa because there was a cold front that kept us out of the water, but I couldn’t complain with a comfortable house and a beautiful view. Charlie also has cars for rent and if the weather had cooperated, we would have rented his boat too! He was such a great host, we look forward to staying with him again on this beautiful island.

Highlight of the trip!

First time in Exuma and Charlie was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The waterfront is so beautiful and the Boston whaler/car gave us easy access to explore. The house is cozy and immaculately clean, all of the appliances, rooms and furniture were spotless. We will definitely be returning and staying longer next time. Highly recommend.

Perfect Villa Experience

The customer service and attention to detail is excellent. You can tell they take pride in their property and homes. The villa was cleaned like you would want your own house cleaned. It was spacious inside and out, plus so many amenities including but not limited to ability to do car and boat rental from Charlie on site. Charlie is an amazing host. We would definitely stay at Bayview Villas again!

We stayed in August. Villa was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach towels, kayaks and beach toys. Owner was always there if needed. We asked for a cooler and a couple of hours later it was waiting for us by the front door. View and location are unmatched. Plenty of outdoor seating, beautiful private beach and a gazebo with the most stunning view. Charlie, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. We can not wait to be back next year!

We had another wonderful stay at Charlie’s villa. The two bedroom villa was spotless, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with, the living room was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great for hanging out and watching the breathtaking views of the turquoise water and white sand. This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Charlie is wonderful — always quietly there when needed, and attentive without ever being intrusive.We rented a car from him for the time of our stay and Charlie also arranged an airport pick up for us on our arrival. We had wonderful time kayaking, relaxing and exploring the island. I also have to mention, we booked massages with Charlie’s sister-in-law Nitza, who is truly amazing. Everything felt effortless from start to finish. One of those rare places you instantly want to return to and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and memorable seaside escape.Thank you Charlie!!!

Fantastic stay

We loved our time at Bayview Villas in Exuma. We stayed approximately 2 weeks in Villa no. 1 and were really impressed with the accommodation. It was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything one could possibly need. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the outside pagoda was a great addition to enjoy the stunning views. Everything was as per the photos and better. Charlie is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We also rented Charlie's boat for 3 days to explore the surrounding cays as well as a car to visit Exuma's beaches. We will definitely be back!
