Rayanns familles Away From It All! (Ann)

Les astronautes regardant vers le bas de l'espace identifié les Exumas dans les Bahamas comme ayant les plus exquis des eaux (une ombre millions de bleu, aigue-marine, verts, blanc clair) dans l'univers!

Beach House rayann @ Rocks de Three Sisters, situé à 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, et 15 minutes de George Town, la ville principale de l'ßle Great Exuma, est une maison de ville de 2 étages qui a deux x 2 chambres, 2 ans et demi appartements de salles de bains. Pour chaque unité, le niveau supérieur des maisons de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Chaque chambre a un balcon privé. La chambre principale dispose d'une vue panoramique sur la mer. En bas se trouve la cuisine, une salle d'eau, et une zone ouverte avec un coin repas et un coin salon. Une double porte française mÚne à une véranda privée avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il ya des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre et climatisation centrale pour quand les brises insulaires ne sont pas assez cool.
Le Sandals Resort (anciennement Four seasons) Greg Norman Golf Course et Marina sont accessibles en 8 minutes en voiture. Les Ă©piceries, un Ă©tablissement de santĂ©, et les banques se trouvent Ă  George Town. Les restaurants locaux et autres lieux d'intĂ©rĂȘt peuvent ĂȘtre trouvĂ©s dans la brochure d'information prĂ©vue Ă  la maison de plage.

This was our forth time in Exuma, staying at Rayann’s and it was just as perfect as the others. Mildred and Isadora always go above and beyond for their guests. This home definitely feels like “a home away from home” for us and we look forward to our next trip!

Peaceful and relaxing

The property was very clean, and the did what everyone else fails at
leaving enough towels and washcloths available for the entire stay. Mildred was excellent, she welcomed me and took me to the grocery store to stock up for the week. The location was super nice quiet and peaceful. I went to get away and have total peace and quiet and that’s exactly what I got. I saw only 4-5 people the entire 9 days. It was great. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Perfect getaway

Excellent property. Mildred was waiting for us at the home when we arrived to explain everything and see if we needed anything. There were neighbors, however, we could not hear them at all. Overall a great place.

The location is fantastic and the home is super clean. You will need a car and the owner can recommend a private rental. Kitchen is well equipped and recommend you bring in as much food as possible. Freeze your meats and grill baby grill!!!!

Excellent spot in Exuma!

This is such a great property. The sunrise is spectacular! We had the beach to ourselves during our stay. Being able to see their gorgeous view from inside the house eating area, living room, and master bedroom upstairs was also a bonus. You can spend time outside on the deck or head straight to the soft, white sandy beach. We were able to snorkel there on days that were calm. The interior is light, bright, and airy. Enjoy!

You really feel like you have your own private beach at Rayanns! Check in was a breeze and the home was very clean. We were left homemade fresh coconut bread which was delicious. You will definitely want to rent a car for this location. We did not and wished we had. Mildred was kind enough to take us to the liquor store and convenient store upon arrival when she saw we didn’t have a car. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Mildred and Isadora were incredible hosts! Fromthe birthday cake they made for my wife, to the wonderful bread we received upon arrival, they thought of everything! Beautiful location and excellent snorkeling spot. We will stay here again. We have been to Exuma multiple times and this is arguably our favorite spot.

Amazing Host in Paradise

Our hosts were warm and friendly, the house is perfectly provisioned with beach chairs and towels and even some snorkeling gear. They were so warm and accommodating— we had to shift our dates because of flight delay, and they were willing to shift the stay. Highly recommend this place- it is right on a super quiet beach!

Absolute Paradise

Stunning beach. We were practically the only ones on the beach most of the time. Beautiful turquoise water and soft white sand. You can hear the waves crashing even when the windows and doors are closed. Place was very clean and has everything you need. They left a delicious homemade bread for us. Can't wait to come back!

Relaxing and Wonderful

From the moment we booked our stay we knew we found the right spot. Mildred and her sister, Isadora made sure everything was perfect. They helped us set up a car rental and gave us great advise on restaurants. Rayanns is a duplex but we still had a lot of privacy. The views from the cottage are amazing. There isn’t a ton to do on Exuma but if you are up for relaxing and long walks on the beach this is definitely the right place.

Such a great place to stay. Everything was perfect from an easy check in to check out. The home was clean and plenty of towels for the beach. Nothing better than a cup of coffee on the porch with an amazing ocean view. I can't wait to go back.

Excellent vacation

House is located right on the beach so you can see and hear the sea from each window or balcony. It is unforgettable experience. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. WiFi is working really well. Mildred (owner) is a very nice person. She shared with us a lot of information about the island. She helped us to rent a good car for the whole stay. It was our third trip to Bahamas and it was the best stay. Highly recommended.

We had a Great trip! The weather was supposed to be rain every day and we were fortunate that it didn’t rain until the last day when we were leaving. The website did this house justice. It was exactly as it was advertised and the water was Amazing!!! Exactly as pictured. Mildred was very helpful and communicated with me very well and timely.

Amazing Week in Paradise

My husband and two daughters stayed at the unit and we had the best time. The property is very clean and the host has thought of many ways to help you be comfortable. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and we loved waking up to see the sunrise over the ocean. I suggest renting a car to explore the island, but we enjoyed mornings at our beach in front of the house. The unit is near the road, but with a sound machine we didn’t hear traffic and the road was quiet around 9. We would definitely rent the property again. Thank you for an amazing week!

This property has sentimental value for my family because it was passed down through the generations. The property can not be sold and maybe this is the reason why I can own a beach house.
