Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Myrtle Beach golfing. Got 1 round in before the Hurricane rains hit on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. The condo we had was fantastic. Watched football games on Saturday during the rain.

Property was excellent! Clean, perfect size for our party and fully stocked with kitchen. We had a great time and made beautiful memories! Will definitely be back!

Guys Golf Trip

Quiet concrete construction and beautiful views from the deck. Also four bedrooms and bathrooms allow everyone their own space.

Wonderful Property

Everything about this condo was amazing. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equiiped fro. The kitchen to beach chairs in the closets. Beds were extremely comfortable and vacation was restful. The pool was great, not evwrly crowded, and the beach was a short 5-10 minute drive. I was able fully relax in this condo! I would love to rent this same place again in the future.

Beautiful Place, But...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful decor, building, grounds, and location! Great time with family! But-*Stains on pillowcases and duvets, as well as pillows themselves, one with brown spots all over it*hairy bobby pins left in bathroom drawer*open bag of snack pretzels in hallway drawer with lightbulbs*half used container of Mott’s apple juice under bed, with other garbage*Bathroom sink drain kept backing up*kitchen sink always backing up with food even though we never used disposal-very disgusting*sticky bedside table*not enough pillowcases for all pillows*broken ceiling fan and chain in one bedroom*We had to buy a pillow and pillowcase for one bed because a family member couldn’t sleep with the dirty ones.*Shower curtains had brown mold spots all over*One toilet brush was clearly used in a toilet that must have still had toilet paper in it. Toilet brushes should only be used to clean after flushing.*Dishwasher extremely dirty*Balcony should be checked for garbage as well. I would love to recommend this property and even come back, but not unless cleaning crew is retrained and takes the care needed. Owners need to replace pillows, bed sets, and outside ripped chair.I have a few pics if needed, or I can just post on vrbo.

Review of North Tower Unit 801

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time not staying Oceanfront, and I was a bit nervous that our family may not enjoy it as much. I was wrong! We absolutely loved the pool (and the Marina restaurant/ bar next door for snacks while at the pool), and the ocean was easy to access right at 46th Street. The location was ideal with Barefoot landing so close. We enjoyed renting a pontoon and boating on the Intercoastal. The unit was clean and beautifully adorned with anything you might need. We will be back next summer!

Nice condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo in a great location and with a great view. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony. Just a few minor issues that could use some attention. The ice maker doesn't work and we were told a work order was requested but it was never fixed. No can opener. We washed the duvet cover in the master bedroom b/c there were stains all over it and we bought a new shower curtain liner due to it being covered in mold. Overall a great vacation and we would stay again.
