Belle maison à North Beach Plantation

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home, found it clean and comfortable, and that it was a great fit for your families. It's also great to know the shuttle and golf cart service helped make getting to the beach and pool convenient during your stay. Just to clarify for future guests, the walk to the beach and pool is approximately 150 yards, though we know it can certainly feel a bit longer, especially on a hot summer day! We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are so glad to hear you'd stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, spacious layout, deck, and easy access to the pool and beach. We do want to clarify that we were not made aware during your stay of any concerns regarding the floors, walls, or kitchen inventory. Had these items been reported to us, we would have been happy to send our cleaning team over and address them. We encourage guests to let us know about anything that needs attention while they are still at the property so we have the opportunity to make it right rather than learning about it after departure. The one issue that was reported to us during your stay was the Wi-Fi, and our team responded immediately and arranged for someone to come to the property to address it. As noted in our pre-arrival information, we provide starter supplies of paper products and trash bags rather than enough for an entire stay, and blankets are not provided. We’re glad to hear the home was otherwise clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we appreciate the 5 stars!
