Magnifique condo dans l'un des endroits les plus désirés de Barefoot Golf Resort!

Ceci est un magnifique condo 3bd / 3ba au 2ème étage avec une vue incroyable sur la piscine, la voie navigable Intracoastal et la marina! Cette unité est joliment meublée et a un roi dans le maître, un roi dans la 2e chambre, 2 lits jumeaux dans le 3e et un canapé-lit dans le salon. 8 couchages. (Remarque: les deux lits king peuvent être séparés en 2 lits jumeaux)

La tour nord de Barefoot Resort est située au 4801 Harbor Pointe Drive à North Myrtle Beach. Découvrez le summum de la vie de style complexe sans les frais de service élevés. Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils modernes, une laveuse et une sécheuse, une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et les 3 chambres, une décoration et un mobilier haut de gamme. Le balcon donne sur la marina et le yacht club et est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et profiter des bateaux qui passent alors qu'ils naviguent sur la voie navigable Intracoastal.

Profitez du Yacht Club Marina avec des repas au coin du feu à l'extérieur. Ce complexe possède la plus grande piscine de Caroline du Sud ainsi qu'un jacuzzi et est situé juste derrière Barefoot Landing, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants et de divertissements. Pendant les mois d'été, profitez des feux d'artifice sur la voie navigable depuis le balcon. Des chaises longues et des parasols peuvent être loués auprès des sauveteurs stationnés sur la plage.

Le Barefoot Resort dispose de quatre parcours de golf de classe mondiale conçus par des professionnels, le parcours Norman, le cours Davis Love, le cours Dye et le cours Fazio. Les golfeurs sont accueillis dans un élégant club-house. Great and roomy place to stay.

The condo was our home away from home. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and came with all amenities that one needs to feel at home. Kitchen was well equipped and facilitated us to put together an awesome Mothers day dinner for six adults. Tnx

Barefoot

Great place to stay while in N Myrtle. Big condo, plenty of room. Good complex to stay in, gated parking lot, pool and restaurant right out back. Barefoot is the best location in Myrtle, IMHO, and I've been coming a few times a year for around 15 years.

Bed bugs beware

The condo was huge and looked great. First morning I woke to 3 what looked to be mosquito bites in a row on my forehead. Second morning I woke to 3 bites in a row on my wrist. Then my ankle…. So my friend who is a pest control specialist came by inspected my bed and the fake wall mounted headboard. We found several tiny reddish cockroach looking bed bugs hiding for dark to feast again. I kept thinking the bites were from a mosquito trapped inside. But I was wrong and found the bedbugs the last night there.I strongly suggest researching how to inspect for bedbugs before you stay overnight in this complex. They have a problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great space to stay with a family. Barefoot Resort property is very well maintained. The pictures don’t do the pool justice. The unit was clean and spacious, a little outdated, but very functional. The outdoor deck are was fairly dirty( dead bugs and dirt). It doesn’t seem that area gets cleaned on a regular basis. Plenty of towels provided. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Be sure to bring spices for cooking, if you are planning to use the kitchen. Mild inconvenience to have to go to North Beach rental to pick up keys/rental packet, but it is close to the property. There is a shuttle that runs to the beach every hour, but we didn’t realize that until it was too late. Overall we were very pleased with our rental experience.

The property was just like described online. It had everything we needed but could have had more paper towels and toilet tissue. This property was very spacious with a great view of the pool.

Beautiful & Spacious

The condo was beautiful, with lots of space for our group of 6. I especially love the huge family area since we wanted to watch the Bowl Games. Everything was clean & in great condition. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place for 4 of us!

It was great! Clean, roomy, easy to get to. Nice pool and hot tub. We loved it! (I felt bad we forgot to return the keys to the management company, we left them in the unit. Ugh, sorry!!) We'd stay again, it was lovely!

Wonderful stay at Myrtle Beach

I would give 10 stars if i could! This condo was the perfect stay for our group of 7. The pool area is huge with plenty of lounging chairs. Check in amd Check out process was very easy. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely book this again!

Great Condo in North Myrtle!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Barefoot Resort North Tower before but it has been about 12 years. The condo was great! Nice and clean, beds are comfy - love the big bathrooms! It is on the 2nd floor so our view was kind of hidden by a palm tree which isn't a bad thing. Key pickup and drop off was something new but easy to do. I would definitely stay again!

The people that live in the building year round are so friendly and the views from our u unit were so nice. The rental company had the nicest staff. We are already planning our trip next year to stay there again. You are so close to everything,but you never know it as it is so quite. Just adds to the relaxtion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty straightforward - picked up key, pool pass, & parking passes at office. No problems getting to or from the unit. Clean, well-maintained unit with plenty of space. Some of the decor is dated, but it didn't have any impact on our stay. Would rent this unit again. Common areas - hallways & stairs, were dirty in some places. Also wish there were an ice machine in the building. Had to go to the building next door for ice.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit location is great. Close to the elevator and right by the pool. We loved the there were two king bed rooms and plenty of bathroom space. The kitchen was well stocked and all furniture was comfortable. Parking was also a breeze, never crowded and only a short walk. Unfortunately, the state of the unit was dirty. There was a film of dust of many of the surfaces. The glass dining table was smudged. The pans had old food left on them. The kitchen floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while behind a quick sweep. The bathrooms needed a good scrub from mildew. Beyond that, we had a very disappointing experience with management when one of the sprinkler heads broke and started leaking water. While maintenance was quick, we never heard anything from NBR until we reached out. Not a call to check in and see if it was resolved, no apology. The person in charge, Victoria, was incredibly rude. Such a shame. We’d gladly rent again, but not through NBR.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, especially for those owning Teslas as a super charger is just a couple of blocks away. Condo is on second floor close to the pool. Wifi is excellent and kitchen is well stocked with all the plates, siverware, pots pans coffee maker toaster items you need. The beds were very comfortable. Everything about the condo is good. There is music and noise from the pool area, but only up to about 9pm then it is quiet. I would happily stay here again.
