Come and hang out at this super cute and cozy two bedroom bungalow, located in the heart of Courtenay and right next to funky Tin Town.
Only a 5 min drive the downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Sit back and enjoy the comfy living room, outdoor lounge area and best of all, the Hot Tub!

10 min drive to the beach in Comox or the trails in Cumberland and Royston. 30 minute drive to Mt Washington. A leisurely 10 min walk or a 3 min drive to groceries, movie theatre, liquor store and more.

The Rest stop @ Tin Town is a cute 2 bedroom, one bathroom home with a fenced yard, outdoor patio area and hot tub!!
Cozy living room with a comfy couch and window seat to curl up and read a book in.
Large screen Smart TV with all the streaming services you need. Two cozy bedrooms with Queen Beds and plenty of closet space. Bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchen boasts new fridge and propane Stove/Oven and counter height kitchen table. Outside on the patio you will find a love seat, dining table, bike storage and hot tub.

Family vacay staycation

It was better then a hotel room, could cook our own meals. Hot tub could use some attention, comfy beds, not the cleanest behind closed doors, seems it’s just new contraction. We’d come again.

We were coming to Courtenay for my granny’s 90th birthday party and wanted to stay somewhere close by. This location was not only walking distance, but close to other amenities as well.

Cute stay in Courtney

Spent a couple of days in the area and this was a good central spot to stay. Place was cute, well appointed and we had fun playing cards, bbq’ing and playing darts in the back yard. Well appointed and clean too.

Great spot in Courtney

This is a great little spot in Courtney - close to many spots in the Comox Valley, including Cumberland, Mount Washington and great cycling options. We loved the hot tub.

Great place, 10 min drive to mtb bike trails. A little noisy from the road but didn't affect us. We loved our stay here!

Short escape to Courtenay

We had a lovely little stop over on our quick tour of the island. Enjoyed coffee from Tin Town Cafe nearby, the hottub was glorious and Kye Bay Beach was a delight for me and the pup!

We enjoyed our stay!

Great place! Loved it! Make sure you check the hot tub temperature when you first arrive, it was cold so we had to wait several hours before we could use it. Beds a noisey, even if you are just tossing and turning, the water pressure in the shower is like no other, really strong. Other than that the place is awesome. I loved being able to open the door to let my doggo out into the fenced back yard.

Great little place

This is a really nice little place close to pretty much anything you’d want in Courtenay. We needed a place where we could keep our 2 cats while getting our effects moved into our new home. Thank you so much Jen for allowing them to be there! It made it so much easier on them during a stressful move.

My only suggestion would be a larger comfortable couch to chill and watch TV on or, a tv in one of the rooms. Also, construction on backyard wasn’t known about before. Would have been nice to leave the dogs outside but couldn’t. Other then that it was lovely.

Duplex with no sound proofing between units

We were very surprised to find out it was a duplex. We went for it because we thought it was a stand alone house as we don’t want to bother other people. We had complaints because the first night the dogs were surprised when I used the washroom and they made noise for a couple of minutes. The last full day we were there we received a complaint about loud music and our dogs on the furniture. I have trouble sleeping and have my iPhone beside my pillow playing soft rock. We read the requirement that dogs were not allowed on the furniture. We sent the proprietor a photo of the dogs on our furniture. What the tenant next door didn’t report was all surfaces the dogs were up on were protected. We make sure we play by the intent of the rules. The yard was perfect for the dogs and us. I suspect we paid more for the six nights than the renter next door pays a month. The harassment by the proprietor based on her renters reports was disturbing and unwarranted. The proprietor asked for $80 more saying she made a mistake on her invoice when we rented the unit. I was surprised that a proprietor would ask for more money than agreed to but I just sent her the $80.
