GUEST ACCESS
During your stay at Queenberry Cottage, you'll have full access to the entire property. The cottage is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay.

FOR OUR LITTLE GUESTS
Queenberry Cottage has a portable cot, high chair and change mat available on the property. Please bring your own cot linen.

WIFI & NETFLIX
We provide our guests with complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a large smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favourite shows (BYO login credentials to access Netflix etc).

Unfortunately as we are in a regional area, we cannot 100% guarantee that the WiFi will be available at all times, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

OUTDOOR SPA
We believe in giving our guests an amazing holiday experience and offer an outdoor spa to relax in during your stay. The spa is set at a comfortable 36 degrees and we kindly request that the temperature is not adjusted during your stay as it affects water quality and energy usage. We have a spa technician that services the spa fortnightly.

SECURITY CAMERA
Queenberry Cottage has a single motion sensitive camera and flood light attached to the front of the house. There are no cameras anywhere else on the property. The camera is always 'on'. Please do not tamper with it, move it, reposition it or switch it off. Footage is only referred to if disruptive or inappropriate behaviour is reported.

DURING YOUR STAY
Should you require assistance or emergency help during your stay, we will provide you with a contact number for the co-host and / or host. For after hours assistance between 5pm and 8am, please kindly text and either the host or co-host will respond as soon as possible.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we accept a maximum of 8 guests comprising of 6 adults. Should you have a larger group to accommodate, we have a close relationship with another property in Berry village (about 2 blocks away from Queenberry Cottage) and would be happy to discuss the option of renting both houses, subject to availability.

School holidays, Long weekends, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods, minimum day bookings may apply.

A $500 security bond will be held the day before checkin and returned within 7 days of your departure.
