Very cute and perfect for two. Right across the street from beach access. Easy walk to JW Marriott. Walk to happy hour at Oyster Society. Would stay again.

Cozy and comfortable

This property is very well located. It's directly across the street from public beach access. Apartment is comfortable. My 12 year old slept on pullout in living area. We were very comfortable and the apartment has everything we needed. We will definitely be doing a long weekend at this place again!

Beautiful property!

Marco Island and Harborview Resort was all that was promised! We had a great long weekend, enjoyed awesome restaurants, beaches and shops. Got lucky enough to pick up some Stone Crab on the first day of the season! We highly recommend Kirk’s Seafood to pick up some fresh catch!

Comfortable and good location

This is our second stay at San Marco Residences but in a different unit. Everything was ok but the unit was lacking several things that should be standard No bath mat, kitchen dish cloths,dishwasher soap and only had one trash bag. . Nothing that ruined our stay.Location is ideal and pool is nice

The pool is small, but we spent all of our time at the beach. The kitchen was large and updated allowing us to save big on meals. I would recommend highly and would repeat.

Good without personal touch

One giant frying pan, the stopper on the bathroom sink broke the smoke alarm went off and beeped for about 12 hours on the weekend. When we couldn’t get a hold of anybody. On the other hand, the place was clean directly across the street from the beach is perfectly suited to our needs in every other way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was exactly as pictured online and super clean! The location was great and very close to the beach. The only issue that we had was on our third night- the air conditioning unit was not working when we got home from dinner. The unit reached about 80 degrees after several hours of not working when it randomly started working again even though the unit was set to 69 degrees. Other than that brief issue, the stay was fabulous and we would definitely book it again!

Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was fine and the location was good considering it is at a crosswalk for public beach access on the other side of the road. The building, however, is in bad shape. One of the outdoor walkways was being supported by temporary jacks all the way up to the 5th floor. Certainly not something people should be walking on with corroded support beams in process of being repaired or replaced. Check-in and Check-out were quick, simple, and easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to a beautiful beach for Walking! SO many shells on the beach! We enjoyed cocktails and dinners at STILTS and CJ’s. It was good to have Tommy Bahama beach chairs in the closet to take to the beach. If it is required to bag garbage to take out, then more than one plastic garbage sack should be provided. The unit is a bit outdated. The bed needs more sleeping pillows. Deck screen doors are off track and hard to open/close. Deck area needs a deep cleaning. We appreciated the excellent self-operated laundry machines. (Bring your own laundry soap).
