Very Pleasant Condo

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The living room furniture and bed are comfortable. The condo is very close to the beach access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a nice cart are provided to take to the beach. I appreciate the extras of having a night light in the bathroom and a mirror and second TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals. there. Denise is easy to communicate with and answers inquiries quickly.

What a beautiful place to stay in Marco Island!

We loved the location, the view and the lovely condo. This was a perfect place for a getaway for the two of us to celebrate a birthday, an upcoming anniversary and some Florida Sunshine!!

Holiday Getaway

Christmas at the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable, clean, and convenient condo. Everything is as pictured and we were even able to cook a Christmas dinner there. Would love to come again.

Location, Location, right across entrance to the Beach, short walk. The condo has all you need, clean with very comfortable furniture and Bed. Denise is a great host, communication and information is perfect. We will be back.

Loved the place....again

I stayed at the property to attend a conference. The condo was beautiful and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The place was quiet and I felt very safe. Quick walk to the beach and conference center. The owner was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

The condo was fantastic, clean, and had everything that was needed and then some. It was in a perfect location and a short walk to the beach. This property was perfect in every way. The location and view could not be any better. The condo is stocked with anything you could possibly need to make your stay. convenient and comfortable. Best Condo in Marco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Denise and Greg’s condo. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, an so close to the beach! The access is just right across the beach. Denise and Greg provided everything that we would need during our trip. A whole beach closet, towels, cooking pans, and binders of recommendations for food, attractions, etc. We are definitely going to stay with Denise and Greg again for the next time we are in Marco! They were very responding if we needed anything as well, which is so nice!

Back to Marco for 5th Wedding Anniversay

Everything about this condo was perfect! The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. It was so organized, clean, and provided anything you could possibly need on your trip. It was super close to the public beach access, as well as items you need to enjoy days at the beach. We loved that the condo was also close to our wedding venue; JW Marriott. Denise and Greg were so easy to communicate with during our stay. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this condo to so many friends back home! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

For those inclined ... Marco Island has quite a few boat and wave-runner rental businesses ... Marco Island is just 1 of the 10,000 Islands ... a day spent exploring the 10,000 Islands either with a guide or on your own will not soon be forgotten. From Keewaydin Island to Shell Island you'll find wildlife sea-life and shells abundant.

Here at San Marco Residences you will never pay additional fees for parking, WiFi or cable television. You can quite literally park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment, you can also have bicycles delivered from Island Bike Shop phone #239-394-8400 for the length of your stay. Many of the Island restaurants working in conjunction with several transportation services offer complimentary transportation to and from their establishments.
We are conveniently located across the street from newly renovated JW Marriott boasting world-class amenities and Spa services as well as fine dining and entertainment.
A nice bike ride or walk to Caxambas Park on the southern end of the Island will afford you hours of boat watching, fishing and of course the occasional Dolphin sighting.
