Magnifiquement décoré condo situé sur Marco Island, FL à quelques pas de la plage. Marco Island est juste au sud-ouest de Naples. Ce condo est de l'autre côté de la rue du JW Marriott, au quatrième étage avec un pic au Golfe. L'unité est une chambre avec un lit king size, une salle de bain complète et bien mise à jour. La propriété est juste en face de l'entrée de la même plage que les clients JW Marriott apprécient. Le condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour sur Marco Island - Tommy Bahama chaises de plage et parapluie, chariot, serviettes, jouets de plage et plus frais. Le complexe dispose également d'une piscine chauffée et d'un court de tennis pour Pickle Ball. Si vous avez envie de cuisiner, la cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a un barbecue à gaz au bord de la piscine que les clients peuvent utiliser et griller les outils dans le condo. Il y a de nombreux restaurants au petit déjeuner, au déjeuner et au dîner à distance de marche. Venez à San Marco Residences Parking GRATUIT et Wifi GRATUIT. Il y a une machine à laver et une sécheuse à pièces sur chaque étage. Le condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin!

Cute, clean and great location!

We loved our stay in this cute condo and would return and recommend. We found the size just right for the two of us. The condo was clean with a very comfortable king bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was conveniently located mid island and across the street from the beach access path. We also liked eating on the balcony. It is covered so if it rains you can still enjoy some outdoor time.

Clean and convenient

Our stay was great. Communication with owner was excellent. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient. Beach access was directly across the street. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided.

Great Condo and Location!

A great condo for our long weekend on Marco. Perfect location and great alternative to the expensive JW or other beachfront properties. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Condo had everything for the beach, coolers, chairs, umbrella, etc… nice little pool too! Easy parking and check in. Super clean! Will definitely look to stay again.

Great Location and Updated Unit!

You really can't beat the location for the price. It's DIRECTLY across the street from a public access to the beach - 5 minute walk down a tree lined path and boardwalk. The unit is just as shown, newly updated and clean. Very homey and relaxing. The pool and grounds are very nice and well maintained. I have three small nits which wouldn't change our decision to stay. First, it took a little prompting to get the check-in information and we received it day of. Would be nice to have a day or two ahead for peace of mind. Second, the traffic/road noise in the living room (where the sofa bed is if you use it) is surprisingly loud. Several times I checked to see if the sliding glass doors were open (they weren't). Might be good to invest in new, thicker glass/multi pane doors. Finally, and this is truly a nit, the lock on the door to the unit is pretty difficult to operate and requires some finesse and patience. Again, none of these would stop us from coming back, but more info is always better than less imo. Hope to come again!

Great location, clean and perfect size for the 2 of us

Long weekend escape from the cold was overdue. We have stayed at the JW Marriott but wanted to avoid crowds and conventions. We loved this condo right across the street- it has everything you need and the owner provided good communication.

Relaxing and Easy

Felt like home, easy to relax. Good location as beach entrance is directly across the street. It was clean and the furniture is in good shape. The owner provided all the needed info in a timely manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Modern & convenient!

Lovely condo - very comfortable, well-designed, easy 3 minute walk to the beach (access point is across the street), and it has everything you need. Great coffee shop across the street (in the Marriott) too. And the beach is fabulous!

Condo on Marco Island

Condo was immaculate and located close to a beach access. Well decorated and appointed.All items in condo were of high quality.A drawback-welcome letter doesn’t explain location of condo over retail establishments.There is no signage with name of condo. Important to note condo has no association with the Marriott chain.Biggest problem was both TV’s didn’t work. Owner called a handyman and he came after our checkout. A neighbor/friend of owner tried to help with TV for 30 minutes. No luck. BTW-AFC/NFC Championship games were on the night of arrival.Owner was easily accessible and easy to work with via phone and text.

Weekend visit

Overall you can’t beat the location and value for this place. It is directly across the street from an incredible beach. The unit is clean and although on a main street, it is quiet.Towels and linens were plentiful, and there were beach chairs and a cooler. Only minor point was there were no Kuerig pods or ground coffee for Keurig machine and drip coffee machine. It would be nice to have these on hand for people that arrive late (like us) to be able to make a cup of coffee the next morning. All in all this is a great choice!

Excellent alternative to JW

Stayed here when attending a conference at the JW Marriott and it was the perfect location. Could not have been easier to get to and from the JW. It’s a fraction of the cost and you get a private more spacious accommodation than a hotel room. Would certainly return

Great location, very nice condo. Enjoyed my visit very much. The condo was clean and provided everything I needed. The one load laundry rule puzzled me, because if you leave the sheets and towels the end of your stay, you got 2 loads already. I like my own towles so I didn’t have to leave two loads behind.Otherwise everything was great. Thank you

Marco Island is so beautiful! This place was clean comfortable and perfectly situated with beautiful beach access right across the street. Property owner was very communicative and helpful. Apartment has everything you need, including all the beach stuff. Clean and comfortable. Lovely terrace. Pool is small but very nice. My one ‘so-so’ comment- as a New Yorker/ North Eastern beach goer, I missed the boardwalk/ walkable downtown scene that most NE beach towns have. However, the beach itself is gorgeous and there are plenty of places to eat and shop, you just have to drive. Absolutely lovely visit!

This property truly is in the perfect location if you’re not staying on the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need and was very comfortable. The property was extremely quiet during our stay. Communication was perfect! I highly recommend this condo - you won’t be disappointed!

Super nice condo, steps from the beach!

Very nice condo, we both slept very well. Right across the street from a (rare in Marco) public beach access. Wife said it was very cute. Owners super helpful. Would return!

Great location and condo was well equipped

Booked here for location - it is so easy to walk to beach from here and unit was well stocked with all essentials. A few minor housekeeping/maintenance issues and really rough around the edges communication from host is the reason for 4 stars, but location can’t be beat.

April vacation with family.

The listing is very accurate. We had myself my wife, my seven-year-old boy and my 16-year-old boy on this trip. The plan was my wife myself and my seven-year-old in the king bed and my 16-year-old out on the pullout. It was a good plan and plenty of room for everyone. Sadly, All of us managed to catch something from our plane ride down. One with strep another with type a flu… So certainly put a damper on the trip. However, the house was perfect and we got to know the inside of it way better than we expected. We did get out to the beach a few times and some of our favorite restaurants from when we have been down before. It is really a fantastic location to do anything you want on the island. Lisa is very responsive and helpful. The condo complex itself has a nice pool and is very quiet. So think older couples rather than young families running around the pool. We would definitely stay here again and I’m sure it would be much more fun without the sickness. :>)
