This townhouse has two levels, the ground floor has a large living space & open kitchen. The high-quality bedding, tea & coffee and many handy items are provided to enhance your visit.

Getting Around:
5 minutes walking to City South Tram Station. Simply hop on it and go to Victoria Square, Central Market, Adelaide Festival Centre, Botanic Garden, Universities and Gouger Street & Hutt Street to explore all of the city attractions, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
6 mins walking to Veale Gardens
12 mins walking to Victoria Square
14 mins walking to Adelaide Central Market
16 mins walking to Chinatown
22 mins walking to Rundle Mall
Other Things to Note:
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours.
*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.
2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.
3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.
4. We could provide a Single air mattress and extra linen for you. However, you will be charged $50 per guest per night.
4.1. $50 per night will be charged if the sofa bed is required to use.
5. Cot, highchair and baby bath could be provided upon request with a charge of $20 per item. Please let us know when you make a booking:)

Please kindly notice that we only have limited stocks of Cot, highchairs, and baby baths. We might not BE able to provide any cots, highchairs, and baby baths if we are out of stock.
6. Luggage Storage
For weekdays 9.30 am-5.30 pm, if you need to temperately store your luggage, please come to our office at 239 Wright St Adelaide SA 5000, you can leave it in our office for free.
Another option is lockers at Adelaide Central Bus Station, which operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, seven days a week.
7. Lost and found property
We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.
8. After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name.
