Woodsy Lake Retreat

Nestled in a pine forest with 90 feet of frontage at the end of Birchwood Bay on beautiful lake Hamilton Arkansas This unique 4+ bedroom 3.5 bath is close to Oaklawn Park Horse racing and Casino, shopping, Garvin Woodland gardens, mineral baths and so much more. The home sleeps 10 friendly and has sit down meal seating for a dozen or more. For those of you who need an office, there is a great space overlooking the back deck and the lake. I prefer staying here than my own home.

Boat seen in pictures is available for rent to responsible adults. please ask for more details.

The house was very nice. Did not have a hair dryer or any soap or shampoo. Loved sitting on the back deck overlooking the water. Very conveniently located to everything in Hot Springs.

Beautiful home inside and out! Very clean and nicely stocked. The hot tub, ping pong table and fence in yard were great added touches. We would definitely stay here again!

The host responded immediately with any questions we had. The house was comfortable and big enough for my family. I wish the water in the lake would've been higher to make the view prettier, but we couldn't have sat outside to enjoy it much anyway with the cold weather. The house was really close to hiking and downtown which made.it really convenient.

The hot tub did not work. On the 2nd day we messaged the host. The housekeeper amber answered the msg. She sd she wld come over. She did. She explained how to use it. We left for magic springs. When we got back we followed the procedure, but it still wouldn't heat. It was abt 5 pm & i messaged her again. Gave her our phone number & asked her to call and walk us thru the procedure. We never heard from anyone. Left disappointed. Feel like we deserve a partial refund. The house was nice & it was clean, but cld use a little upgrading & repair.

The traveler admitted to the housekeeper that it was hot the first night. They also admitted to changing the settings and when they left we found it in economy mode. The default for the ec mode is 82

Spring Break stay

We had a wonderful stay with our kids from 12-28 lots of room for all of us and close to everything with lovely relaxing deck on the water.

Great stay. Dogs loved having a space to run and play. I’d advise one to bring a hair dryer as there wasn’t one. Oh, and your own bath soap. Plenty of other necessities available to us. Will stay again next time we go to Hot Springs!

The house looked exactly like the listing. It was beautiful and a great location. We were close to everything we wanted to do and still had the lake feel. James was quick to answer any questions we had. Check in was easy!

James, the host, is very accomodating. We had a great stay. The views were beautiful and the house floor plan was very comfortable. We enjoyed making pop corn from the "movie style" pop corn maker. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working which James tried to get someone to fix it.

This is a beautiful home. Very clean and all the amenities that you would need. This is my third year staying at this property. I really didn’t need this large of a house this time but the hosts are awesome and so is the house.

Great Stay and Location

We and our extended family enjoyed our stay. Check in and the host were good and easy to work with. The inside of the house had plenty of room and amenities for our large group. The location was also great in order to get into Hot Springs and the surrounding area easily.

Good place to stay for friends visiting the National Park, easy to get to Central Ave. attractions. Very easy to get to beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens. Nice spacious living area open to the kitchen.
