Beautiful 2700sq ft open floor plan home with large kitchen, sunroom, 4 level deck and covered porch with gas grill and relaxing view of Lake Hamilton. Perfect for boaters with easy access to Hulsey Public boat launch or walk out the back gate to fish on the bank or pier. Gated and locked boat parking with electrical outlets and outdoor fish cleaning station. Fire pit with seating. 3 King beds, 2 futons, 5 recliners and plenty of seating indoors and out. 65 inch smart tv in living room and 40+ inch smart tvs in all bedrooms - just bring your passwords. Outdoor games provided as well as indoor games, books, movies and puzzles for adults and kids. Great neighborhood for walking with no through traffic. We offer a 10% discount to active and retired military. Ring security cameras are in place with motion sensors on the front and back doors. Sorry - no pets allowed.

50th Birthday Celebration

The house is situated with a lovely view of Lake Hamilton. We loved sitting in the cozy sunroom watching the birds in the foreground and geese around the lake.

Beautiful, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood

The home was very comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The backyard was a nice space to hang out and play cornhole and the deck was perfect to eat meals on. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home with perfect location

The home was beautiful and the backyard amenities where perfect for our fishing tournament. We loved the open concept of the home with beautiful views to enjoy. We will be returning on our next trip to Hot Springs. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and responsive to our questions!

Little vacation before school

This house is very nice and welcoming. Big and spacious definitely enough room for a big family. Lots of board games and outdoor games for the family to play. We all really liked that! You can see the lake from the back yard. Our family really enjoyed this house. If it’s available when we plan a trip that way, we definitely will book again.

Memorial Day 2024

We had a fantastic stay at the property. Secluded but close enough to town for restaurants and shopping. Loved the back gate area to park the boat and trailer when not in the water. Boat launch less than 150 yards from the house. Nothing missing inside for a family stay. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and other items such as coffee makers, margarita machine, washer/dryer. Plenty of outdoor games and board games. Loved everything about the house. Great place to stay for a vacation.

Perfect getaway

We had never been to Hot Springs before and were looking for a place that would accommodate us and some friends. The pictures did not do this place justice! It was spacious and comfortable. Our contact was responsive anytime we had questions about the property. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Quick walk out of the back gate and you are on the lake. Also a short drive from anywhere you need to go.

This lake house was great for us! Home was spacious and stocked with everything we needed plus more. The kids loved all the games that were on hand. Walking distance to lake, basically right out the back yard! Outdoor seating was awesome, more than enough for a family of 10. Host was amazing. Very friendly, always responded quickly, and eager to ensure we had a great stay! Quiet neighborhood w/ a good walking area. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The photos on the listing do not do this rental justice. Looks much better in person. Neighborhood was quiet, house was great. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Anytime a question was asked was quick to respond. Will attempt to rent again. Thank you for the great experience.

Warm, welcoming accommodations

Stayed for an extended weekend of relaxation and achieved that in this wonderful home. The setting is open and inviting, multiple rooms to relax within as well as the multi-tiered deck outdoors complete with ceiling fans. The large yard was beautiful to enjoy and watch the boats heading out onto the lake. Quiet, peaceful, well maintained neighborhood. The kitchen was large and had all of the tools you needed for your stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and the master suite is simply an oasis of its own. Communication with the property manager was top notch. Highly recommend if you are considering!
