Enjoy the mountains and woods at the east end of Clearbrook in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse with just one or two steps to enter. Step through the outer foyer, where you can leave your skis and gear, to the inner foyer where you'll drop your shoes and hang your jackets. Up a half flight brings you to the open-plan main level, with a living area (including a wood-burning fireplace, TV with cable, and built-in AC), dining area, full kitchen, and access to the deck with wooded mountain views. The next floor up offers a sitting area with a higher privacy wall, TV with HDMI slot (no cable), Wii, and other games, while the upper-most floor holds the primary bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, TV with DVD player and HDMI slot (no cable), and another mini-split AC. On the bottom level of the home, find the laundry room, a full bath, and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of bunks (one twin over twin and the other twin over full). The lower queen room has a Roku device and a DVD player. (You could watch cable via the Spectrum app here and on any streaming devices you bring.)

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club, which features two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), a sauna, an exercise room, and 12 tennis courts.

Locally, you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching, and much more.

Condo was spacious and in a good location. Kitchen, baths and bedding were immaculately clean. Access to the Loon indoor pools and game room was a great added bonus for kids. Downsides, bunk room and lower bathroom remained freezing cold and couldn’t seem to warm up. Kids loft area had a tv that could not connect to WiFi or cable and had a broken Wii console, making the whole space useless unless using the couch for sleeping. Lastly, the condo had a lady bug issue! Overall was fine but the place could use a few upgrades and a little more attention to make it great for a stay with kids.

Review for stay at Clearbrook

Great property; overall a wonderful stay.! We will look forward to coming back next year.A couple of suggestions for future improvements: - Provide instructions on using TV. There are 5 remote controls in the living room, and the cable box was unplugged. It took us 2 days to figure out how to use the TV. - Kitchen table (glass) was not entirely clean upon arrival- Found a dirty mug in the cabinet- Vaccum was hard to find and very (very) heavy; after a week of cooking and living would be nice to have a more convenient way to keep the space tidy. - No instructions on where the dumpster was located.- Suggest leaving more of an "intro" card or "how to" instructions for these types of things.Again, overall a great stay and we really enjoyed the location as well as the property. Thank you!

Nice private unit with a great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for two nights with our two kids age 4 and 8 to visit the Santa train at the hobo. The unit was big and the kids play area was great! It looks like this unit is in the process of being updated and it needs it. We noticed new floors, new light fixtures and they had spruced up the fireplace! What’s been updated is great, the things that haven’t are hard to overlook. The shower curtain liner which would be only a few dollars to replace was hanging on my threads and the bunk beds were very unstable and wobbly we did not allow our kids to climb to the top bunk. The rental company did add a nice touch a nice welcome bag which we liked. Would recommend bringing a humidifier this heat os pretty dry! Overall decent unit, will be a g once they finish sprucing it up.

Great location, cozy townhouse

Overall, our stay was great. There were some minor frustrations - no cable on any of the bedroom TVs, DVD players only. This was not mentioned one way or the other on the listing, but it was a surprise disappointment. Wii remotes were missing and were not replaced during the time of our stay (3 nights). But since we didn't go on vacation to look at screens, it wasn't a huge deal. The location was quiet for the time of year, which was nice. Great access to lots of fall views. The heat worked well to take the chill off at night. The pool amenities close pretty early each day, which was also disappointing. We would've been able to utilize them a lot more than we were able to, had they even stayed open an hour or two later. Make sure to grab some firewood from one of the many roadside stands - it's so cozy to relax at the end of the day with a fire in the fireplace. I loved the little amenities for children, as well - books, games, even craft and coloring supplies. Overall, a great place for a family to stay on vacation.

(bed unmade, dishes in dishwasher etc) Broken furniture, stains on carpets. No keys to the pool or gym, slider door would not lock, toilets leaked, light bulb burned out, spiders, outside needed attention, balcony dirty, half burned fire wood next to wood walkway (fire hazard).

One room on basement floor was very musty. They had lots of fans so we opened the window and had that blowing for a few days.
