I emailed prior and was told there would be a blender, when we arrived and noticed there wasn't a blender, I notified the property management company and they had one delivered to our doorstep within the hour. I highly recommend this condo! It was clean and spacious. We had a great time.

The place was clean and quiet it was a great time the only thing was it needs air in the other bedroom instead of a fan and they need to maintain the split level ac the filters were dirty I had to clean them but otherwise we were very happy I would come again.

Great location. Close to restaurants and parks.

Perfect location for hiking in the state parks and seeing the beautiful leaf colors. Great amenities and access to weight room and pool with hot tub.

Great Place!

This condo was spotless, well-stocked with anything one might need. The location was close to all that the Lincoln/North Woodstock area has to offer. I hope to return for another stay next year.

Family from Kansas and France meet in Boston and came to the whit mountains for the first time. Great area, lots to do . Condos as described, everything you need!

NH beauty

Wonderful place, clean, great location, quiet. We loved the balcony overlooking the woods and close proximity to the pool. The only issue we had is we could not get the tv to work. Maybe some detailed instructions would be helpful.

Very nice rental

We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and especially the pickleball courts which were all just across the parking lot from the condo. We loved that the condo was all on one floor, even though it was on the second story. It made it easier for my elderly parents to not have to go up and downstairs to their bedrooms, which is a common scenario in ski resort condos. The condo was clean, beds comfortable and the grounds very well kept. I would stay here again.

Spacious condo

The condo has plenty of room for the whole family. Bare necessities are available, more like a hotel with a kitchen. Great but bring any spices at all that you may need. Basic pots, pans and untensils are available. No pizza cutter. We found a regular coffee pot and they have a Nespresso. Overall very nice place and would stay again.

We’ve been to Lincoln before and stayed at other places in Forest Ridge - this was a great location as you could walk to the clubhouse. Only slight critiques are that the lock box was very hard to open and they gave us only one key and one pass to the clubhouse so if you’re going with more than one family, you’ll need to coordinate logistics. The TVs didn’t have cable so my kids had to watch the NBA Championships on the computer, which was a huge drawback for them. Hahaha. Thankfully we were gone most days but if you’re planning to relax and watch TV, just be warned it’s all streaming services. Also, they could have provided small shampoo, etc.
