Tube the Pemigewasset River; visit a local winery; or explore the many local shops and restaurants - you’ll be spoiled for choice.

At the condo itself, highlights include cathedral ceilings, lots of natural light, and a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly evenings. Outside, your private deck offers a tree-lined view and the perfect perch for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s room for everyone at the large dining table. At-home entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi, cable, and two streaming-capable TVs. Great property in an outstanding location.

This was our third visit to The Mountain Escape. We have always had a wonderful stay. The property has always been extremely clean. The location in Lincoln is near to, or a short drive from, so many things we enjoy. We are working on plans to return again.

A memorable, fun and relaxing time for each and everyone of the 10 of us!

Nature setting was truly lovely and very quiet, interior spaces and furnishings made all 10 of us feel comfortable. Amenities were ample and thoughtful. Location was near to all the happenings at Loon Mountain and in Lincoln, but also tucked away for restful retreating!

Highly recommend

Our week long stay was amazing the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can imagine if you’re traveling with family and are planning on cooking. Spacious and clean. A great place to stay and make memories.

Wonderful home! Great location! Highly recommend

What a beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s was quiet, easy to access, and close to all the hot spots in the area. Walking distance from the Pemi River and right up the Kancamagus from Loon. The home was so well stocked with amenities, it made our time at the home so easy! I highly recommend and would definitely go back again.

Family vacation well spent in the right place at the right time.

We loved the house is spacious that can sleep more than a family of four. We appreciated the kitchen is fully equipped and accommodating. However, the master bedroom and the living room did not have AC to cool down the heat. The fans that was there made the rooms less uncomfortable. On the whole we enjoyed the stay.

Cozy, spaceous and comfortable condo in great location

We were visiting with the small kid and loved this clean, spacious house. It is very close to the major hiking trails. Inside there were enough space to play, relax, cook large meals and hang out with the family

Weekday visit

My family and I loved this property for many reasons: comfortable, roomy, and many kitchen amenities! Not having to find a dumpster to take out trash and take time to strip beds was a nice bonus. The complex starts its day early so, if you have open windows it gets loud enough to wake people up. The locations to many attractions is perfect! All an easy driving distance and just enough out of the way to avoid the hustle and bustle. We had a great time!

Great place and great host

The ski home was super nice and clean. Located 5 minutes from Loon Mountain is just awesome location. The house has lots of space and won’t feel crowded even with 8 people. Nice play room and well stocked with games. Overall I have a wonderful stay.

My family stayed here when we attended the New Hampshire Highand Games. Everything was wonderful. The condo was nice an clean when we arrived. All my questions were answered in a timely manner.

Wonderful winter getaway

Great condo-well appointed and tastefully decorated. We were there to relax and ski at Loon which is just over a mile away. Great views -beautiful birch trees, the mountain in the distance and of the sunset from the balcony and the window in the living room. A huge comfortable sofa that can easily accommodate a group. We would definitely stay again!

Get what you pay for

No instructions on using heat and lots of difficulty using the fireplace. Not easy to light. Broken heaters, broken curtains, sink didn’t strain, broken shower door, broken window. Beds slept well and were clean. Attempted to contact someone to help us at least get heat to no avail. Very disappointed Due to location of the condo in relation to high traffic of visitors to the area.

spacious condo near Loon

Overall, the condo was clean and there was plenty of space for our family and it was ideal since were able to bring our dog. I only gave it 4 stars because the gas fireplace did not work. I texted the property mgt company when we arrived and someone was supposed to get back to us but I never heard back from anyone. The ice maker in the freeze was not making ice cubes and the master bath sink (left) drain side drains very slowly.

Stay was quiet and exciting. There were things in the property that need to be fixed. All curtains seem to either be broken or not working correctly. Stains on carpet in front of couch and sliding door. Left sink in loft bathroom clogged immediately. Property was very nice and clean. As owner you should seriously consider some kind of AC. It’s NH but is still warm. Thanks for your home and trust.

Bed bugs

The space itself worked great for 2 families but the bedrooms on the lower level had bed bugs. The 3 girls (age 4-10) were covered with small bites. There was also a comforted shoved into one of the closets which looked like it had poop smeared all over it. Vacasa did nothing to remedy the bug bite situation after we informed them of this after check out. Very disappointed with this experience.

Very nice for the money

The condo was very clean and contained everything that you would need. Like many places used as rentals, although it was clean, it was also clear that maintenance was rarely done. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain but there was a plunger there so we were able to fix it with little problem. The drapes weren’t really on the tracks correctly so it was very hard to open them and it took brute strength to open the sliding glass door to the balcony. There was a large stain on the living room rug that looked like it might have been able to been cleaned but maybe not. All in all, however, it was perfectly fine for a long weekend, clean, and quiet.

Wonderful place, great location.

The property was at a very convenient location for all that we had planned to do. Everything was very clean and very well maintained. When we return to Lincoln, we will plan to return here.
