Sunridge M2 has zero steps to enter, is multi-level, offers internet access,

and is not pet-friendly. This unit has a premier rating, features a one-car

garage, a hot tub, and sleeps eight. The living room includes a flat-screen TV

and a gas fireplace. There's a fully functional kitchen with a breakfast bar

and four stools, and the dining room seats eight. Also on this level, there is

a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom

with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a full bath. The third bedroom offers a

queen bed with a full bath, and the loft area includes a washer/dryer and

furniture for lounging.



Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. In

the summer, you can relax on the patio featuring a hot tub available for use.

This unit is a short walk to the trail (weather permitting), and shuttle

service is also available. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit,

possibly two cars depending on location, with plenty of overflow parking

available on-site within the communities.



All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis / basketball

courts and the Community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to

utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required).

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
