Seven Springs Sunridge 3 Bedroom Standard Condo, Sleep 10! by RedAwning

 Sunridge C1 has three steps in, is MULTI LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS and is NOT PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated DELUXE and SLEEPS TEN. In the main living area, you'll find the LIVING ROOM with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a POWDER room. The WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. There is a fully functional KITCHEN with a breakfast bar, three stools and the DINING TABLE seats six. The bedroom offers a QUEEN bed and a FULL BATH. Upstairs youll find the second bedroom with a QUEEN bed and a FULL BATH. The third bedroom offers a QUEEN bed and a DAY BED/TRUNDLE. The LOFT area features a SLEEP SOFA/QUEEN, A TV and they share a FULL BATH. There is NO GAS GRILL available for guest use. This unit is WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO SLOPES WEATHER PERMITTING. 


Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. 


Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.


All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue. 


During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts. NO ACCESS TO COMMUNITY POOLS. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required). 


(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
