We stayed the weekend during AutumnFest at Seven Springs. The property was lovely, shuttle service to the festival was incredible. We hiked each morning and walked around Lake Tahoe. Excellent location!!!!!Property owner was great to deal and very responsive. Loved the hot tub and ease of walk out deck. Pet friendly and one of the best family weekends we have had in years.

Lovely condo for a family vacation!!!

The condo is beautiful with a private hot tub right on the porch, a pool about 2 blocks away, & a ski lift right beside the back of the condo! The condo was very clean & had all of the kitchen amenities to cook a meal for your family. I highly recommend this rental!

Fred was an amazing host and very communicative. We had a great stay with family over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was stocked really well which was an added plus!

This property was amazing. The slopes was literally a couple steps from the door - best ski in/ski out. The property had everything provided to accommodate my group. Will definitely book here again!

Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. The owners had everything we needed at the condo to cook family dinners, along with games, and things to entertain the little ones. We were so thrilled with the close proximity to the pool. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

Slopeside paradise

This is the best ski in/ski out location on the mountain, and the slopeside hot tub makes it easy to relax and watch the neighborhood lift go by after a day on the slopes. Spacious, well stocked, comfortable, and managed by an attentive host. We'd love to stay here again.

Perfect location!

My family of 8 checked in for a winter weekend at Seven Springs and this place did not disappoint! The property was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked and the host was very responsive. Cannot beat this location, if the slopes are groomed it is super easy to just hop on and enjoy the day.

Unfortunately, the conditions weren't great for snowboarding, and the ski lift outside our house wasn't running, but it was still only a very short walk to get to the main slopes. In better snow conditions - this would be an amazing ski in/ski out location! Loved the house and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect 7 Springs Rental

Great property! Perfect location! We enjoyed a relaxing, quick family getaway and an early season snowfall. The home was very comfortable for a group of 10. It was nicely furnished, well-stocked and clean! We enjoyed having the three levels to spread out and enjoy different activities. The kids really enjoyed the game room downstairs. We enjoyed the walking trail around nearby Lake Tahoe and returning to the cozy fireplaces. We can't wait to return to this true ski-in and ski-out home!

Our Seven Springs Ski Vacation (10-17 Feb 2023)

With the exception of needing a bit more snow on the slopes, our vacation at Brian's townhouse was absolutely wonderful and we would stay there again without hesitation! For our family, the best part was being able to prepare 3 meals each day and eat together, something we haven't been able to do for some time! The kitchen was extremely spacious and had plenty of everything to make meals small and large. We sincerely appreciate some of the sundries left by previous customers and left some of our unused items for the next vacationers. The townhouse is quite large and each of the three bedrooms had their own full bathroom! Add the downstairs game room with XBox and Foosball Table and the garage with a dart board, and we had plenty of alternate activities to keep the kids busy! Worth Noting: The unit has an outdoor lockable storage area to store skis and poles which made it super easy to ski in/ski out. Also, the garage had a similar ski storage setup for those new skiers who preferred to take the free shuttle down to the ski area. Communications: Can't say enough about our communications with Brian prior to (and during) our stay. He is super-responsive and offered suggestions to ensure we had a perfect stay. If I had to make one suggestion for improvement, the king bed mattress in the Master Bedroom is ready to be replaced. We will be back!!!

This is a fantastic house and a fantastic neighborhood! We were looking for a place that could accommodate 12 of us who were looking to meet up in the Laurel Highlands area. This house is exactly like the listing says - with very comfortable and spacious rooms. The kids had a blast. The kitchen was very well stocked and the community pool was fun to hang out in as well. Fred was very responsive. All in all, highly recommended!

We loved this place! The place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Fred was very fast when responding to messages. The heated pool within walking distance was very nice. The front door shuttle service to the resort was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back.

Sweet Slopeside Spot

Very clean, well-stocked place, with great amenities and location. Enjoyed fireplaces, hot tub, spacious bedrooms and baths, kid toys, and being able to walk out to slope and lake. Had fun on the slopes, day trip to Ohiopyle to bike on a warm spring day, Laurel Hill Park hikes, and more. Cool neighborhood, and we were one of the only people around.

Ski Trip 2025

Our group of 8 adults head to Seven Springs once a year for a ski trip, and this was - by far - our favorite place to stay! Convenience is unmatched, and the property is very well cared for. The property manager was easy to reach via text to answer questions. The ski out access is fantastic, and the place felt like an home rather than a rental. Everyone really enjoyed the stay!

I live and raise my family on this mountain—it’s truly our favorite place in Pennsylvania. I’m a serial entrepreneur and a father, and this business gives me the flexibility to almost never miss a kids’ event while still being available whenever a guest needs something.

I started this business after moving here. We just couldn’t part with our vacation condo—it held too many special memories and was in the location we knew we wanted to settle in after raising our kids. Around the same time, Airbnb was starting to take off as a real business opportunity.

With my background as a contractor and as a local resident, I knew I could offer guests superior properties and a better overall experience. In life, when something is working, I’ve always believed in leaning in and making the most of it. That’s why it made sense to acquire more high-quality properties and grow from there.
