Sunridge Y8 has thirteen steps in, is multi-level, and offers internet access.

This pet-friendly unit is rated deluxe and sleeps nine. In the main living

area, you'll find the living room with a flat-screen TV. Please note that the

wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use.



The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two stools, and the

dining table seats six. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a full

bath, while the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a full bath.

Upstairs, you'll find the third bedroom with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

The loft area offers a single sleep sofa, and they share a full bath.



There is no gas grill available for guest use, and the small viewing deck

provides a grand view of the mountains. This unit is within walking distance

to the slopes, weather permitting.



Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
