The comfortable living area downstairs includes a sleeper sofa and opens to a large oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh salt air and the sights and sounds of the beach. A telescope is also provided, making it a great spot for relaxing evenings and stargazing. Just beyond the living area is the well-equipped kitchen with seating for six, making it easy to gather for meals together. Nearby you'll find the second full bathroom with a tub and shower, along with the bayside bedroom, which features its own small private balcony perfect for watching spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
