Dutchies By The Sea, 2 61 Christmas Bush Ave - Spectacular views, close to the beach, Wi-Fi
Located on the entry level is where you will find the stunning main bedroom with beautiful timber floors and fabulous views, this room also features a TV, ceiling fan and an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
Down a few stairs to the open plan living/ dining and kitchen area. You will be mesmerised with the views as you go down the stairs. The open plan living area has an Apple TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi and a child gate provided to keep children safe, this level also has a powder room with toilet and vanity.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop and under bench oven, microwave and the convenience of a dishwasher, DeLonghi coffee pod machine (please bring your own pods) and large family size fridge/ freezer.
Opening off the living area is the main deck, imagine sitting back and taking in the glorious views of the sparkling clear waters of Dutchies whilst sipping on a drink and cooking a feast on the gas BBQ – the perfect alfresco dining experience.
Down a few more stairs will lead you to the bedroom two and three, main bathroom and laundry. Both bedrooms have balcony access to allow the calming sea breeze to flow through, the main bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet and vanity, the laundry has a top loading washing machine and dryer.
There is also an external hot/ cold shower located on the lower level, how convenient when you come back from the beach to shower off before heading inside.
Please note this property has many stairs so you can capture the stunning views from majority of rooms.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.
Linen Packs consists of two flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
