Love the Hamptons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat, regular guests and always love our stay. It's great to see this year that some of the furnishings and fittings have had a recent update. Thank you :)

Nice beach house close to Dutchie's

Bright, spacious house with a convenient lay-out. There are two living areas that are separated by a door so adults can stay up while children sleep in peace. Kitchen is well equipped. We had an issue with one of the toilets, which was fixed promptly. Great communication with property management. The lovely beach is within walking distance, and its calm waters are ideal for small children. Shopping is just a short drive from the property, so is the marina. We had a very nice stay at the Hamptons and would like to return next year.

Hamptons Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and was well maintained and clean.Our only concern was the sprinkler system which came on at 6am, woke us up, and soaked the washing which we had hung out to dry overnight. A warning note would have been appreciated!The only other negative was the Rental Agreement itself which we all found a little bureaucratic, and appeared to be written from the point of view that tenants are irresponsible. Two areas stood out1) No noise or activity outside after 10pm. This is ridiculously early, 10pm is not late! 2) No-one allowed on the property aside from those named in the agreement. This is draconian. We felt obliged to contact Stay Port Stephens about a friend dropping by for a coffee and were advised there was no problem, however to have a restriction such as this written into a rental agreement is completely over the top.
