This glorious home offers a relaxing oasis on the edge of Orange. Located just a short 5 minutes drive to the CBD, this spacious and serene space is just waiting to welcome you.
Complete with a swimming pool, tennis court, two large living areas, three cosy bedrooms and multiple outdoor spaces to relax with a glass of local wine and a book in hand overlooking the stunning, rural views.
We are certain our cosy home will make for the perfect base when visiting our region next.

Bedroom One: King Bed, Walk in robe & Ensuite
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed, Wardrobe
Bedroom Three: Queen Bed, Wardrobe
Main Bathroom: Shower & Toilet
Ensuite: Shower, Bath & Toilet
Kitchen: Modern Appliances and Cookware
Lounge/Dining: Cosy Loungeroom with Smart TV
Laundry: Washing Machine & Dryer with a separate third toilet.
Outdoors: BBQ and Outdoor furniture
Swimming Pool: Not heated
Tennis Court with rackets
Heating & Cooling:
Our home has a reverse cycle split system air conditioning, under floor heating in the main living & dining area. Also a woodfire to keep you cosy all year round. Wood provided in the cooler months only (1st April to 1st October)
Parking:
There is ample car parking on the property, a covered carport for 1 car, driveway parking for 3 cars & more parking down the driveway near the shed.
Linen:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.
Amenities:
The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.
Wi-Fi:
High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay
The Neighborhood:
Located on the edge of town, you will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle, nestled amongst the trees, whilst being only a 5 minutes drive to the Orange CBD.
Dudley Private Hospital, The PCYC Netball & Basketball Courts, ANZAC Park and the lovely Nile Street Cafe are a short 3 minutes drive away.
Once you reach the CBD, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, bars, parks, boutique shopping and more.
Some of our best cellar doors and wineries are just a short 10 minute drive away.
