There is plenty of free, all day, on-street parking during your stay and Orange CBD, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are all in walking distance. This heritage home has been renovated to provide an abundance of natural light throughout the home while keeping to its heritage roots. You'll find there are plenty of spots to relax inside and out. This home offers a generous back yard and wooden flooring and tiles indoors. The ducted heating keeps Roseland Cottage warm throughout the cooler months.

Roseland Cottage is a stones throw away from all Orange has to offer. Located one block from Orange information Centre, Museum, Civic Theatre, Groundstone Cafe. Petbarn, Officeworks, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, and a multitude of local cafes, restaurants and bars are all very accessible being within 1km of the cottage. Orange Farmers Markets are held on the second Saturday of each month from 8:30am - till midday. During October - May each year they are located at the Northcote Showgrounds (cnr of March and Peisley Streets), just one block from Roseland Cottage. For the cooler winter months, June - September the markets are moved to the Orange Showgrounds, Leeds Parade.
Getting Around:
Roseland Cottage is a short drive to anywhere and you can walk to most places in the CBD depending on your activity level.
