The double brick home has recently been renovated and has beautiful details including high ceilings, polished timber floors and ornate fireplace. The layout of the kitchen, dining and living room provides a perfect area to relax with family and friends. The house also has an outdoor undercover dining and bbq area to enjoy on hot summer days. 1-2 minute walking distance from all you need.

Great stay at Clytie Cottage

Had a wonderful 3 night stay this week and wish we’d booked longer. Was perfect for my husband and 6 year old little girl. The back yard was perfect for her endless cartwheeel practice!Well equipped, super clean and some lovely little touches on the pantry and fridge to make our stay even more comfortable. Dale was always attentive and easy to deal with. Would stay again!

CBD Welcoming Comfort

Such a welcoming host and comfortable property. So well cared for and everything you could possibly need at your fingertips all within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. The cottage has so many individual spaces inside and outside to sit and contemplate on your own or gather comfortably in a group. The beds are the most comfortable of any place I have stayed, so important, thanks for everything Dale, you have thought of it all!

Wonderful place that felt like home

Beautiful property just a short walk from the Main Street. The host has made it so you feel like you are heading back home - thoughtful additions to the bathroom, fresh bread and milk in the fridge. Enjoyed reading under the beautiful tree in the backyard in the mornings before enjoying the local sights. Can’t fault this and hope to return

Great Weekend Stay!

Adorable property walking distance to everything. So many details thought of, like plenty of towels and blankets, stocked fridge and pantry, toiletries. The decor was amazing with nightlights and door stoppers, games for all ages, and string lights around the backyard trees. Heater and music going upon arrival. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

Perfect location. All you could ask for.

The check in was easy. We went from that to a house which was warm and welcoming (it’s still a little cool in September), with the gas fire already burning. The fridge and pantry were well stocked; even Tim Tams!

Fantastic House, will stay again.

Beautifully renovated, very clean. Heating and cooling. Generous breakfast starter provions. Lovely back yard in warmer weather. Close to shops etc.

Weekend of sport

Fantastic property, quality renovation, spotlessly clean, well equip pantry, great kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. We had a very nice stay communication with host Dale was very easy, Dale was vey helpful and accommodating with check in and out. Couldn't ask for a better experience over 6 years staying in Orange properties this one is at the top of the list. Greg

Charming cottage

The owners are to be congratulated on their efforts. The cottage and its garden were really charming. The place was immaculate and stocked with all sorts of necessities and goodies. Easy walk to pubs and restaurants. Perfect place to stay in Orange.

Great Stay

The garden is beautiful. The house was spotless as usual. Very Comfortable with every convenience available. Also close to town. Very helpful host. We had a very good stay. Hope to do it again soon.

Clytie Cottage is a charming olde style house whose interior has been thoughtfully modernised. Comfortable, clean, convenient location with cordial hosts. Everything needed for a great stay and supplemented by generous provisions. Recommended.

Amazing stay!

What a fabulous property and property manager. The pantry was stocked and nothing was left wanting. Dale facilitated an early check in and was prompt in responding to my questions. We have stayed at a number of properties in Orange and this is by far the most inviting. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our stay was great. Although it was winter the fireplace warms the house so nicely. The decor looks great and is very homely. We had everything we needed from extra bedding to condiments in the kitchen. Walking distance to the main strip of restaurants and pubs was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Cosy, convenient and so welcoming.

We absolutely loved our night in this beautiful, homely cottage. We had all the facilities required in the well-appointed Kitchen to prepare and serve a lovely meal and we were able to dine in style and comfort. The beds were very inducive to a good night's sleep, warm, comfortable and the aroma of the linen was most relaxing. The place was immaculately clean, we could not fault a thing. Thank you Dale, we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house - Orange

What a great house and super location!! Thanks Dale for all the extras in the house. Fully equipped with everything you need plus so much more. Coffee, tea, breakfast foods, milk. Extra towels blankets, soaps. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable beds even fresh bunches of flowers to greet us. We all had a great time and wished we were staying longer. Thanks very much.

Midweek Stay

Upon arrival on the hottest day all year in Orange it was much appreciated that the aircon was on and we entered a very cool , spotless house with soft music playing . The house was immaculate , clean and beautifully decorated . The pantry and fridge were packed with breakfast essentials and snacks ,a very unexpected surprise.Lovely garden and we used the garage. However the smell from the toilet was quiet offputting , we hope the problem has been rectified . We would definitely stay again at your cosy cottage when next in Orange . Kerry and Graham

Gorgeous heritage cottage walking distance to town

This cottage is beautifully decorated and has lots of extras included to make your stay easy, such as food and toiletries. Traffic noise is a negative but only during peak times. The kitchen and bathroom are extremely well appointed, and the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The backyard is lovely to sit in, with the beautiful garden furniture and trees and flowers. The laundry was fully equipped allowing us to wash as needed. There are many little extras everywhere such as shopping bags, Netflix, chilled bottled water, washing liquid, etc., which we were grateful for. We walked to dinner and town for shopping as it is located close to town. Overall, this a great place to explore Orange and surrounds.
