You'll enjoy the privacy of the patio while you relax after your choice of local activities. This one room condo comfortably sleeps 2 adults. It has all the comforts of home, and is situated in a convenient Mid-Cape location to access all the best Cape Cod has to offer! If you need more space or travel with family or friends, we have another studio available in the same development!

The space
Studio: The sleeping accommodations include a queen bed with pillowtop mattress and a full size futon couch. Decorated in beach décor, this cozy studio reminds you that you're on Cape Cod beach getaway as soon as you step inside. Open up the sliding glass door to feel the fresh ocean air or simply enjoy the sunshine that shines through the condo that creates a relaxing ambiance. The studio condo is situated in a one level building and offers a cozy, relaxed vacation retreat. With no units in front or behind, you'll have total privacy as you'll be able to sit outside on the private patio as you delight in pleasant Cape Cod evenings. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you listen to the sounds of the ocean and relax while sitting on the comfortable patio furniture. There are many fantastic dining establishments within walking distance of the property. But, there's no need to travel when hunger strikes because you can whip up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen or make a barbeque dinner using the community gas grill. The kitchen has everything you need to make meal prep a breeze, including appliances, cookware, and utensils! Bathroom was updated in 2022.

After a day of fun in the sun or exploring The Cape, come back and jump in the onsite pool. Turn on the flat-screen TV and drift off on the cozy queen sized bed while watching your favorite shows or a calming movie.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
