Beautiful property, but some minor repairs needed

We had a beautiful stay in this home. Unfortunately, the hot tub (which was a big selling point for us) had parts that came off extremely easily or were entirely missing that resulted in pads floating around. And it does not get very hot at all.

Not as advertised

We chose this property because we were traveling with children of various ages and the description seemed to best fit our needs. We were 3 couples and our children totaling about 14. The good with this property is the location, it was easy in and out and seemed very centrally located. The parking was more than adequate and we all slept in a decent size room with very comfortable mattresses. However, the reason for my negative review is we’re deceived by the listing. We chose this property based on the amenities for the children, as parents we wanted to enjoy our stay without the constant “I’m bored” from the littles. The description stated it had a play room “nothing short from a toy store “ a theatre room with candy wall and popcorn machine. All of which wasn’t Present but a pulldown screen in the garage that required a phone or computer connected to even play anything for the kids. There was no playroom just a few old games that had many pieces missing. No cornhole or yard games as listed as well. The property management company was very prompt with responses. They advised that the home was recently sold and the listing was updated, fault belonging to the property owner. One thing I feel I should mention because I would have wanted it mentioned to me was how noisey the floors were! In closing I would not recommend this house to anyone traveling with kids or families. Needs major improvements.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
