This house was amazingly spacious and comfortable. It was a great stay for the adults and children alike. We had a wonderful time fishing, eating dinner on the screened lanai, swimming in the pool, and my kids loved digging in the sand. The house is in a prime location-it is walking distance to the Yacht Club, and it is a short drive to many of Cape Coral's best restaurants and shops. We loved Villa Dolphin Sunset, and we'd love to visit again!

Great Family vacation

It could not have been better, the house was well equiped for a family vacation. The pool was used by all family members and was a great asset. The location to a small beach within walking distance was big hit for the little kids and sunsets for adults. It is also a great location for day trips to other beaches, or local restaurants and activities.

Great family space

Everyone in our family of eight had plenty of space. We liked the layout of the home with the access to the pool and canal. We walked down to the public beach in the evenings to watch the sunset. Very clean and well kept!

Great place to stay

This home has everything we wanted! Great outdoor area with pool, patio area, dining area, bathroom and canal side dock and sand area. The home is laid out great with two sleeping areas separated by the kitchen/living area and a pool table/game area with wine fridge. Bedrooms had plenty of closet or drawer space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped for a large family meal, separate coffee area w/wine fridge also. Laundry room convenient and garage with kayaks and numerous pool/ beach equipment along with bikes. I highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

Loved this house! Super clean, very spacious, and they had everything we needed inside and out. Communication was fantastic and they even called us just to make sure we didn’t have any questions prior to arriving and before leaving. There was so much to do that no one was ever bored. It was fun, fun, fun, the entire time. We’ve stayed at some pretty great places over the years, but the kids have declared this their best vacation so far. Our experience was A+++! We are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Florida 24 vacay

The stay was good but the tile outside by pool or under table is extremely slick my mother and law slipped and fell on it. Also need more trash bins outside. It’s full when you get there and leaving makes it hard to take all the trash out. Also lots of ants in the outside bathroom. Other than that the stay was very nice and relaxing. Very clean and big house

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and well equipped. The Wi-Fi works but is very slow. This should be updated because all the tv’s in the home stream. There was some conflicting correspondence with the property manager about check out times and we were made to scramble at the last moment. Otherwise we had a great week with family. The pool light needs to be fixed….
