We're thrilled to hear that you found our home beautiful and well-equipped for your stay with family. Your feedback regarding the slow Wi-Fi is duly noted, and we understand the importance of having reliable internet, especially for streaming on multiple TVs. Please know that situations like this are rare, as our internet provider experienced a sudden outage in the area during your stay, and we never received a similar report from previous guests. We apologize for any confusion regarding check-out times and the inconvenience it caused. We'll work on streamlining our communication processes to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you for bringing the issue with the pool light to our attention; please know that it has been reported to our pool service and is being worked on for immediate replacement. Despite these minor challenges, we're glad you had a great week, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay soon. Best regards, Roelens Vacations
