Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee gazing out over a gorgeous view of the wide, freshwater canal full of fish & wildlife. Prepare breakfast in our spacious and fully stocked kitchen featuring newer LG appliances and breakfast bar with plenty of seating. Depending on the time of year you can also open both of the double patio sliders to combine the inside living with the large, screened-in pool area and lanai.

As the day heats up enjoy the spacious outdoor area lounging on the comfy wicker patio furniture, and stay cool all day long with the three dual ceiling fans on the lanai or take a dip in the heated, saltwater pool. In the evening grill out on our brand new Weber Genesis II 4-burner grill complete with a searing grate and vent hood, and enjoy dinner with family on the large teak dining table. As the evening goes on you can watch your favorite show on the 50" TLC Roku TV, while staying warm on those cooler Florida nights with the outdoor propane firepit.

The property features 2,085 square feet of living space, including 4 bedrooms and 2 separate seating areas. Fiesta Palms provides plenty of space for you and your family to spread out, or to come together and create great memories playing games or just enjoying the indoor bar area complete with a bar sink, separate beverage fridge, and high-top game table. The split floor plan design provides a master suite/bathroom on one end, a large pass through kitchen in the middle, and 3 bedrooms and a guest bathroom (with a door directly to the pool) on the other side. Evert bedroom has a Roku TVs, and there is a 65” Roku TV in the living room and 50” Roku TV on the Lanai.

For your outdoor adventures, we have 4 beach chairs, coolers, and a beach cart for your use. Or take one of our 4 cruiser bikes for a spin around the quiet, residential neighborhood or head on over to the bike path located on nearby Academy Blvd. For those who like to fish and depending on the time of year, you can catch a variety of species right off the seawall including Largemouth bass, Peacock bass, and sunfish (basic fishing equipment provided). Note you may need to purchase a Florida fishing license.

We also provide a pack-n-play and a high chair for your little ones 😊.
