Quiet neighborhood, close to everything

House was great, very clean and comfy, all the necessities. Neighborhood was nice and quite, but close to everything.

We decided to try a house rental vs hotel stay. This house did not disappoint. Quiet & serenely beautiful location. A great place to rest and relax your "Lazy Bones." We look forward to coming back again.

The house location was amazing. Close to restaurants & grocery stores. Not a far drive to downtown. The house was clean and has all the basics and extras for the stay. There was coffee and creamer and spices. Definitely would rent again

Enjoyable Stay on Lake Hamilton

Great place for a ladies’ friends reunion! We appreciated the three bedrooms, three-car garage (on a day full of severe weather), and cleanliness. 4 instead of 5 stars because there are dishes and cutlery for only four people and an extremely limited selection of pots, pans, cookie sheets, knives, tongs, etc. for cooking.

Eclipse and no price gauging

Lovely home, we enjoyed, close to Hot Springs. Well appropriated. Professional couple who do 2-3 VRBOs a year. Always more than we need, this ticked all the boxes for us. Fireplace had ashes from prior guests, we didn’t use as it was warm during our stay.

House was very clean and beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the master bedroom downstairs didn’t have a TV in the room and my husband and I enjoy laying in bed at night watching TV. The upstairs bedroom had a TV but just a full size bed, which made it crowded for us.

We were surprised by the number of steps to enter (both front and back) and the fact that there are steps down into the living area. Two 70 grandparents found very challenging. Great house for younger families. It was very clean and has a well-equipped kitchen with up to date appliances. “Smart” tv’s and great internet made entertainment readily available. Be aware the bathroom lower level has tub/shower combo making access harder for elderly couple who had to stay lower level bedroom due to very steep stairs. Great 3-car garage with charcoal grill which we used for some great burgers. Multiple skylights and windows give natural light. Two bedrooms upstairs—one as “master suite” with spacious bathroom and walk in shower and large jetted tub. Young people—go for it! Caution if elderly people in party. Excellent communication with guest contact!

Perfect Place for Reunion of Old Girlfriends

Three college friends finally got together again after 40 years in this great place! We all had private and comfortable bedrooms and we could fit all three vehicles safe inside the garage during the tornado warning. It’s about an hour to hunt diamonds in Murfreesboro and a close drive to everything in Hot Springs. I’m rating 4/5 because the dishes, silverware, glasses, & pots & pans are very limited, especially for groups of 6+ people. Also, the TV is streaming so it would be helpful to provide a battery-operated radio just in case power is interrupted by serious storms, as it was for us. These are just constructive suggestions as we were well-pleased with the rental.

Comfortable house - Nice location!

Very comfortable house. Excellent bedding. These mattresses were top notch. The house location was great! Near the highway and access to water. Only complain was the cleaning crew lacked attention not only to details, but it seemed like the floors were not swept at all. There was also candy under one of the couches. Could use more attention. It’s disappointing our email was not answered to inform us how to access the garage where the grill is located. We lost power the last night due to what I assumed was a thunderstorm. It made leaving at 3am in the dark quite challenging. Over all, very nice place to stay for small family.

Lazy Lane

Nestled on a tranquil hill at the end of a quiet road, this property offers a serene escape. The house is impeccably clean, adorned with numerous windows and glass doors that flood the space with natural light. A charming front porch invites you to unwind and witness breathtaking sunsets. Inside, a cozy fireplace complements the well-appointed living area, featuring a versatile table for dining or game nights. The kitchen boasts quality appliances, and the comfortable beds ensure a restful stay. Indulge in relaxation with a jetted tub, complete with ambient candles. While the kitchen is generally well-equipped, minor additions like oven mitts and kitchen towels could enhance the experience. Our two Golden Doodles thoroughly enjoyed the abundance of glass doors, offering them delightful views, and relished walks in the neighborhood, adding to the overall joy of our stay. Though garage access was unavailable, it didn’t impact our enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return for another visit. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the hot water in the property is exceptionally hot! On Lazy Lane, this property invites you to embrace the joy of laziness, offering a charming spot to unwind and take it easy!
