Brand new Hot Springs Lake house with Dock!

Be one of the first to stay in this newly built two level waterfront home with amazing lake views and trees for days!

Sleeps 16 and is perfect for families to share or your next family get together. Room for extra parking, corn hole and basketball with our extended driveway & league size goal. Private double stall boat dock with Tritoon available for rent to experienced boaters, or bring your own boat and launch from nearby Hill Wheatley park.

Our main floor boasts a large open living room & fully furnished kitchen with windows galore & upper level deck access to a gas grill & outdoor dining area. Master bedroom with King bed & fireplace. Master bath with jetted tub & double vanities. Office / 4th bedroom with desk & Queen Murphy bed and a 2nd full bathroom. Laundry/ mudroom with direct entrance coming in from the lake.

Lower level has King Guest bedroom, a HUGE Bunk Room that sleeps 10 and a third full bath with double vanities. In addition, it has a Game room with bar, a roll-a-way bed and King blow up mattress.

Other amenities include high speed internet with Smart TV's & Roku's in every room & video games in the game room. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee bar and watch the sunrise over the lake from our back patio & upper level deck, or the views of the 1 acre treed lot from the front porch. You may even see some deer in the early morning hours.

As if the lake doesn't have enough to offer, we are 15 minutes from Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown & Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens and many other attractions.

Hot Springs also offers many fine restaurants, shopping options, crystal mines, hiking trails & spas. The Arlington hotel and the Quapaw bathhouse offer hot springs mineral baths in addition to other spa services.

Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino offers live music, the Astral Spa, a pool and 14 dining options! Choose from fine dining or bar & grills with sports betting, ax throwing, shuffleboard, simulated top golf & other sports. Oaklawn Park is a world-class thoroughbred racing course which hosts live horse racing.

The house is beautiful and well stocked! Close to everything we wanted to do and still feel like you’re secluded on the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Views and Property

Visited Hot Springs for a family reunion. House and property were as listed, beautiful house, 2 balconies overlooking the lake. Very clean and well setup for our group.

Wonderful time!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the house. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Beds were comfy, and my kids loved the lower level with all the games and bunk beds. We had a wonderful time exploring Hot Springs.

Beautiful home, fantastic vacation on Lake Hamilton

Home was better than advertised. Online pictures don’t do it justice. Even though we arrived a little earlier than expected, owner was quick to welcome us. Lots of activities to do a short drive into Hot Springs. Loved it, putting this home into our vacation rotation.

Spring Golf Trip

Wonderful property in a fantastic location! So enjoyed the deck looking over the lake. We had 12 adults staying at the property for our spring golf trip and the house worked great. Utilized the gas grill and dining set on deck. We loved the second refrigerator in the garage where we could stock all our beer and soda. The basketball court was a huge hit as well. There are weight limits on the upper bunk beds so we needed to use the coach and air mattress they provided but not a big issue. Loved the open floor plan connecting kitchen to the dining room to living room. We could all hang out together. We also loved all the toys and outdoor activity items in the garage like the cornhole set. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This was the most perfect property for our group - plenty of space for everyone and enough bathrooms to go around. The kitchen was perfect - and we loved having a washer/dryer. The back porch/deck was a perfect place to have morning coffee or evening beverage. The owners were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Comfortable beds (the kids LOVED the bunkbeds) I would love to come back every year.

First we have to acknowledge the property owner, Denise, is by far the best in the business. Secondly, the house is amazing. New property with new/updated appliances. The sunrises are absolutely to die for. We hope to make this our annual home away from home. 😃

Gorgeous Lake House

If you want to relax and spend quality time, this is your place! This house is amazing. Just as beautiful and serene as it appears in the photos. Denise is super accommodating and just an all around amazing host. I really enjoyed the incredible lake view. The bulk of our time was spent on the back deck, which is just as awesome as it looks. We did not want to leave. Book it now

Brand new home and super hostess

The owner was so helpful with the little things that come up. We were there for Thanksgiving and we had so many casserole dishes and plenty of plates and silverware. Extra fridge in the garage was a must and so helpful. Beds and linens and blankets were warm and snuggly. So comfy. Really good for two separate family groups with the set up. Plenty of really comfortable seating, which is important. We aren’t big TV watchers but they were available everywhere. We think you would be lucky to stay here.

Beautiful views!

Beautiful new house with lots of space and picturesque view of the lake! Two bedrooms are upstairs. It was nice because my 89 year old mom could easily get into house because you enter right into house with only 3 steps. Some houses have so many steps it makes it very hard for her to access the house. It is well stocked and we were able to cook great meals in the chef's kitchen. There was corn hole game on the bottom level which we all enjoyed! Many windows throughout to enjoy the view. Highly recommend!

Holiday with the family

Had an amazing time at this beautiful lakefront home!! Communication was great. Home was setup perfectly for our group. Clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. The master bathroom is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub!! Beds are comfortable. Extra fridge, washing machine and dryer in garage made things so much easier. Dock is on the main channel and water is crazy especially during the holiday weeks and made getting the boat in/out of the dock hectic, but we knew that going in. Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you for hosting us!!
