Gorgeous spot, sweet cabin

A lovely upgraded beach cabin. You stay in the second and third floor with a gorgeous beachfront view. We saw sea lions swimming and beautiful sunsets. I loved the bathtub! We stayed with another couple, so had to borrow their bathroom shower a couple of times. The tub has a sprayer wand, but that doesn't work for everyone. We had a hard (hot) time with synthetic fabrics on the bed, but with host Ryan's help, we found a set of cotton sheets in the house, and washed them to reduce detergent/softener smell (I'm a sensitivo, so sharing for others who might be).Generous snack/wine basket and good basic kitchen essentials.

Amazing Waterfront Two Bedroom House

The Dash Point Beach Cabin was a great find for our two-day waterfront Puget Sound trip. We spent one sunny afternoon on the deck and the other inside enjoying the rain. But we still enjoyed the views of the Sound. Gino's restaurant and Dash Point Park are a 2-minute walk from the house. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to explore either. The house was recently renovated and is very modern and comfortable. There is a half bath downstairs and two full upstairs. One has a beautiful bathtub, and the other a nice shower. The bedrooms face the water and have new beds. The living room is spacious, with comfortable seating for 8, and a flat-panel TV is mounted on the wall. The kitchen faces the living room, anchored by a large quartz prep/cooking island bar. If you're like me, you want the kitchen to be part of the great room, and it is. The island provides much space for food prep and has 3 bar stools. The only drawback I could see was the steps from the street to the unit. They would be difficult for someone who has issues with stairs. For my daughter and me, it wasn't an issue. It was a 10 out of 10 stay, and I plan to stay again.

NCAA Swim Meet Home Base

Great little house with wonderful view. Be sure to walk around the corner and eat at Gino’s. Amazing food and great family that runs it. This unit is all updated and cozy. Perfect little spot.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay in Dash Point, the best part was the fantastic view from every single window in the house. Slept with the blinds up, windows cracked, gentle sounds of the water from the bay. Upon waking, we would grab our binoculars and check out the wildlife including the seals swimming the bay and all of the different birds. House was clean upon arrival and great communication with the owner. 10/10, would stay again!

Long Weekend Getaway

Great place with a great view. Perfect midway point for getting up to Seattle for some site seeing and then down to Tacoma for a football game. Gino’s on the Point was a great dinner spot. Also check out the Lobster Shop in Tacoma. About a 20 minute drive but so good and an amazing view. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect spot. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend!

Beautiful Cabin

The Beach Cabin is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We felt right at home and appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout the cabin that made us feel welcome. The views are stunning and the location is ideal. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Updated place with Awesome Views

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Very clean, newly renovated and all the amenities you will ever need. The snacks and bottle of wine were a great and surprising bonus after a long day of traveling to get there. Great views from every room, and a short walk to the beach and a great upscale restaurant by the pier. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing Views

Great little property with an amazing view from every room. Comfy beds and plenty of towels provided. Good WiFi if working during your stay. Gino’s at the Point is two minutes away and has great food and the same awesome views. Only 30 minutes to Sea Tac. Would stay again.

Perfect get away

We used to live in the area, and instead of staying at a hotel, we rented this lovely little house on the water. It's walking distance to a park with a sandy beach, and has a lovely view of the sound. We enjoyed watching seals from the balcony, watching movies together as a family, and visiting friends and family that live in the area. The house has a lovely soaking tub, fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

Extraordinary Getaway

Reason for trip: Visiting an ill family member and needed a place to decompress at the end of the day. Initial Impression: Breath taking views, quiet and tranquil atmosphere that quickly gets you grounded it what really matters. Accommodations: Clean and modern with an lovely flow from room to room. Bathrooms were clean, contemporary, that felt homey and luxurious at the same time. The décor, appliances, and spaciousness milieu created a feeling of peace and relaxation. Personally, I felt unplugged from the world, that this is what life should be. The balcony overlooking the water is amazing for sunsets and sunrises. A wonderful place to have a glass of wine and reflect on what truly matters. Parking: Easy with an assigned stall Neighborhood: Great for those who love to take a leisurely stroll, access to local restaurant, and meet very friendly local residents. Experience: Nothing will ever be perfect, but this was just shy of that. Had a minor hiccup in which the response to accommodate was expeditious by the home owner and the evolve team. My expectations were exceeded and I have nothing negative to say on my personal experience other than wishing to stay there a bit longer to enjoy what this unique gem of a place has to offer. Recommendations: I would highly recommend this place for those looking for a place to unwind, spend with family, in need of rest and peace, in need of grounding, or to reflect on what really matters. This was my experience, and I recommend you find your own meaning and experiences within this awesome location. The evenings are very quiet there, where you can think and soak in the sounds of Puget Sound. Be mindful of the neighbors, they love this place and after a day there I understand. Would not recommend if you looking to have a raging party as this is not the place for that. Accessing Seattle and Tacoma will take a bit longer so plan ahead and get back early enough to watch the sun set in the back drop of dolphins and seals, and a tranquil body of water gently hitting the shore. I will definitely make this a go to when I return.

Fantastic Getaway

This cozy little getaway by the ocean was an ideal getaway for us with a beautiful view. The location was tucked away making it a quiet and serene stay with a clean and beautiful place to spend the evenings in our home away from home. Thank you Ryan for the wonderful stay!

What a great beach cottage! We were very comfortable in the beds, lots of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and phenomenal view! Highly recommend enjoying the ambiance of this cottage near the beach! Would definitely stay again.

This stay exceeded our expectations! The home was even more beautiful than the pictures and owner had many special touches throughout that made our stay one of the best we have ever had. Dash to Dash Point--Worth it!

Beautiful property with a world-class owner--Ryan is an absolute gem. Lots of stairs, so good to be mobile, but fantastic views, clean house, great hospitality. There were a couple anti-vacation rental signs in the neighborhood, but nobody was hostile to us. Would 100% stay here again!
