We hosted our family Christmas here and it was perfect. The extra long dining room table makes it perfect for family gatherings, the hot tub was a hit with the teens, and the well-equipped kitchen was put to good use! Sitting in the hot tub watching the ferry going back and forth with the Olympics in the background was the perfect evening activity after a day spent fighting crowds at Pike Place Market. We might rent it again for Christmas in two years!

This is a wonderful property for a family get together. A very well equipped kitchen and a great family area. Not a large property, but very thoughtfully put together. Amazing outdoor kitchen for a warmer time than we were there.

The house is very nice. All of the amenities, bedding, furniture etc. is very nice. Unfortunately, the house was filthy. Inside and out. There was mouse feces in the kitchen. All of the dishes in the lower cabinets had to be washed before we could use them. The yard was a complete disaster. I understand that it is fall but there was no attempt to clear any leaves or cut the yard before we got there. When paying 2000 for three nights this is unacceptable. The gutters at the outdoor kitchen are clogged and rain was pouring down, soaking everything. All of the cabinets and everything in them are soaked and ruined. We could not use that area at all. We had to clean up outside to even use the hot tub.Cameras are placed inside the fence in a location that can see into the house and in the outdoor kitchen area. These cameras were not disclosed which is also not acceptable. Cameras are fine but they need to be disclosed somewhere in the house description. It's really a shame because the house, view, neighborhood are all exactly as described. Having to clean a house inside and out in order to stay should not be needed and is unacceptable. All of the appliances in the kitchen are filthy. We cleaned what we needed to and we are not happy about it.

Wonderful host and fabulous location/neighborhood. Hope to be back soon. Mike was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Best kitchen I've ever seen in a rental property - very well stocked and great view out the kitchen window. Very friendly neighborhood with many other walkers and dogs who made us feel very at home.

We were with our three grandkids and the house couldn’t have been better for us! The kids loved the hot tub, we loved the incredible vistas from the patio! This place as everything promised and more. The detail and thoughtful touches were everywhere! It was well stocked and the cooking facilities, particularly the outdoor cooking, were incomparable. You won’t find an outdoor kitchen this complete for a reasonable rental like this. All that plus a convenient location for both Seattle and Tacoma. Our host, Mike, could not have been any more helpful. He was proactive (getting us in the door) and patient plus very gracious in helping us make our trip complete. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall it was good. The home is gorgeous with the most amazing views. The only way i would have made it a 5 star if it was cleaned better. But overall it was good stay i would stay again. I can also mentioned the host Mike is awesome at returning messeges and following up.

We had a wonderful time at Mike’s home. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need! The deck is wonderful and the outdoor space unlike any I have seen. This is the place for a great family getaway

I have stayed in many places and travel frequently. I had family in from Guam and wanted a tranquil place to receive them. This property checked all of the boxes. Not only was it extremely clean and welcoming, it was well furnished, and the pictures are very accurate. This home came well equipped with everything, including spices and more cookware and dishes than you could ever need. We watched the sunsets over the views of Puget sound on the deck. The outdoor kitchen space is fabulous. The home was clean and checkin was very easy. I have never given a review of 10, but I highly recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you for creating such a positive experience!

Family visit

We chose this property for the fantastic gathering spaces and the view. It did not disappoint! Besides the great view and the very quiet neighborhood, the outdoor kitchen area, the deck with a hot tub, and the yard were fantastic for our family to gather. The inside spaces are just as inviting and accommodating. This property’s kitchens are well stocked with all the little things that you don’t want to have to go buy to be able to make a simple meal. Likewise, the bathrooms have everything needed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Super clean properly, and Michael was fantastic to work with, just a good human being! We will definitely consider this property again next time we’re in Tacoma!

Perfect Getaway

We had a perfect long weekend! The house has everything you need and more. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. The beds are so comfortable and the living space was perfect for us. The views are gorgeous and plenty of yard space for the pups. Great location too. It was hard to leave, can’t wait to come back!
