3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM.

4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.

5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.

6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.

10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 8.

11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property.

Please note: there is 1 parking spot for the unit, however it is small. There is paid all day parking across the road. This is $6p/hour or $16 a day.

We had a great stay. A few minor things - couldn’t adjust aircon settings & it got a little warm during our stay but the overall really loved the house & location. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely stay in St Kilda

We had a great stay and found the property exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent—just a short walk to the supermarket and cafes around St Kilda. The only downside was the very tight, narrow driveway. It would have been helpful to have a clearer warning about this in advance, as a larger vehicle might not have been able to access the parking spot.

Property was perfectly positioned right on St Kilda Beach.

We booked this apartment for a family visit. 4 adults and 4 children. Fully equiped / self contained. Only 2 complaints. 1. toilet paper- the unit has 2 bathrooms and only 1 roll of paper in each bathroom - for a 3 day stay for 8 people!! You would think $700+ a night would get you a few spare rolls. And 2. No plastic plates /bowls for kids to use. Luckily we had a box of tissues on hand and no plates were broken.

We are so sorry to hear about the lack of toilet paper I completely understand how frustrating that would have been! We always like to ensure there are multiple spare rolls in each bathroom, so will follow up with our cleaning team on why this wasn't the case! As for the kids plates and bowls thank you for bringing this to our attention we will definitely resolve this gap in supplies.
