Immense, lumineux, magnifiquement meublé, appartement de 3 chambres dans une rue calme et verdoyante, en plein milieu de St Kilda. L'appartement est idéal pour les grands groupes - avec un énorme espace de vie et deux salles de bain et deux entrées. L'appartement peut accueillir 8 personnes avec la literie existante et 2 matelas supplémentaires peuvent être fournis si nécessaire.

L'appartement est le dernier étage d'un immeuble de deux appartements. Il est idéal pour les familles, avec un grand jardin avec un trampoline de taille olympique, une piscine creusée chauffée et le célèbre St Kilda Adventure Playground à une minute à pied. Deux lits bébé, une chaise haute, des jouets et une poussette sont fournis si besoin.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est tout simplement incroyable; loin de tout le bruit dans une rue calme, mais en même temps en plein milieu de St Kilda, à quelques pas des restaurants, de la plage et plus encore. Pas besoin de prendre un tramway pour voir l'une des attractions de St Kilda, sortez simplement par la porte et tout est à une courte promenade.

J'ai vécu dans cet appartement pendant 13 ans (c'est ainsi que je sais à quel point c'est incroyable) et j'habite maintenant en bas dans le seul autre appartement du bloc. Je suis disponible pour vous aider de toutes les manières nécessaires, y compris des recommandations pour les repas et les activités, la fourniture de tout article lié aux enfants ou autre, mais aussi pour respecter la vie privée des visiteurs - vous ne me verrez donc pas à moins que vous le vouliez.

L'appartement est à moins d'une minute à pied du tramway n ° 96 (vers Brunswick - via la ville), du tram n ° 16 - (vers l'Université de Melbourne via la ville) et du tram n ° 12 (vers Richmond). Il y a aussi des bus juste au coin de la rue - 246 - Elsternwick - Clifton Hill via St Kilda, 600 - Southland Shopping Centre - St Kilda Station
via Sandringham, 606 - Elsternwick Station - Fishermans Bend.

Il y a un parking hors rue pour ceux qui ont une voiture.

Really beautiful home full of personality!!

Stayed for 2 nights with a few friends and was blown away by the size and the atmosphere of the property, it's full of personality with a really gorgeous bathroom. It's very big and in a prime location for travelling to the beach restaurants (10 minute walk). The pool was a good size and although the hot tub didn't exactly work for us, it was still relaxing. Plenty of beds and bedding. Overall a wonderful place that I would stay again.

Perfect location for families or groups

Property couldn’t be in any better location than this! It is a huge place with lots of quirkiness and we enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and facilities great too. Loads of games etc for the kids to use during your stay.

Perfect for our large family

We absolutely loved our time in the apartment. Sarah was a perfect host. We arrived very late on the first night, Sarah sent us photos of the property so we could find it easily in the dark, and left the lights and the heater on for us so we felt very welcomed. The location is perfect. 4 mins away from the tram stop into town, and about 10ish from the supermarket and Luna Park. We are a large family (two adults and seven children!) and we had heaps of room to spread ourselves out and not be on top of each other when we were ‘home’ for the evenings. We hope that Sarah will have us back for our next trip!

Great for a big family!

Great property for a large family to stay. There is some wear and tear, however, with this, you're not worried about the kids breaking something or messing the place up too much, so it's a nice place for a family to relax. We stayed during winter and there were plenty of heaters to keep the place warm. The games & Xbox kept the kids entertained when we were not out exploring. It's a great location for exploring. The owner was helpful and easy to deal with.

Family Wedding Weekender

Great Location, very quiet and roomy and the property owner was very accessible when we had questions. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean, stains on the couches, mold on the ensuite bathroom ceiling ( a health issue for bad asthma sufferer) not sure if the ceiling above the couch also has mold or water stains and the paint is peeling off, bed doona covers weren't put on properly, no sink plug would fit sink, iron broken and looked like it had been dropped as it would not hold water. Oven had to be lit manually as ignition button broken and it was not very clean. Had to buy AAA batteries for the split system remote in the lounge area and it looks like no one has cleaned behind the book shelves in the lounge for quite some time. Noticed this when I went to retrieve a cap. This property has so much potential and just a shame no love has been put back into caring for it.

Great value, perfect location

I loved the retro style of the apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed. There was plenty to entertain our teenagers, who especially enjoyed the outdoor area. The location was perfect - a short walk to restaurants, cafes, trams, luna park etc. Sarah, the owner, was very kind and helpful - thanks for the tip about the Galleon Cafe - loved it! Visits and cuddles with Daisy and Lucy (Sarah's cat and dog) were an unexpected bonus.

Great stay

The accommodation was close to the beach, attractions, shopping and restaurants. It easily accommodated 2 adults and 3 children. I love that there were toys, lego etc for the kids. Happy kids = happy parents. I highly recommend. Host was amazing and super responsive.

This property is the ideal location, in the quiet back streets of St Kilda but so close to Fitzroy Street. The place is so much bigger than it looks. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for big groups

Really loved the place. Sarah was very accomodating and nice. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The only thing to be aware of is the owners family is living down stairs which is where the outside area and pool is. So there wasn’t as much privacy as expected. But even though we were probably quite loud and not the most tame houseguests there were no issues. So all in all very happy with our stay. Thank you Sarah.

St Kilda apartment- loved it

We loved our stay at this property. Sarah was great and excellent with her communication. We had a group of 5 adults. There was plenty of room, lovely coffee and everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The location was excellent. We were able to walk through to the local restaurant’s and St Kilda mall. Hello my name is Sarah and I live in the downstairs apartment with my two boys - aged 11 and 17. I work three days at Family Safety Victoria where I have responsibility for sexual assault services. Also living in the apartment downstairs are Ruby and Daisy, two cats (sisters) as well as four chickens which free range down the side of the building. We are a busy family, lots of activity so you may see us come and go quite a bit.

Hi I am excited to be offering my former home to guests from around the world, as well as from different parts of Australia. I spent many years travelling, and know how important the space in which you stay can be. I have tried to create a stylish, warm, inviting environment, with all the extras you might want when you are away from home. I have lived in St Kilda for over 20 years.

I lived in this apartment for 13 years (which is how I know how amazing it is) and now live downstairs in the only other apartment in the block. I am available to assist in any way needed, including recommendations for dining and activities, supply of any child related or other item, but also respect visitor's privacy - so you won’t see me unless you want to.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of the best aspects of this property is that it is located in a quiet street, but still right near all the action. Parts of St Kilda can be very busy - which makes it hard to sleep at night if you are staying somewhere near the nightlife, or on a main road. This property is in a leafy pocket right in the heart of St Kilda. The other unique aspect is the size of the apartment - it has a huge living area, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for large groups. We have had many family groupings stay, and it has been really great for different generations of one family to stay together. The trampoline, pool (in summer) and toys (including an awesome lego collection) mean it is really well suited to groups with children.
