La Collection All Seasons 30A est heureuse d'offrir ce magnifique chalet dans le cadre de notre collection distinctive de maisons exclusivement situées dans la ville de Rosemary Beach
Le Happy House Cottage s'embrassera avec sa chaleur, sa décoration élégante et son atmosphère joyeuse. Ce chalet par excellence de Rosemary Beach a été méticuleusement rénové tout en conservant son ambiance chaleureuse et charmante.
Le plan d'étage ouvert pour inclure la salle à manger, la cuisine et la salle familiale améliorera les conversations et les rires parmi la famille et les amis. Il y a aussi un coin lecture pour se détendre tout en rattrapant votre dernier roman. Cette maison est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles et appareils de cuisine si vous souhaitez créer votre repas préféré.
Il y a deux suites parentales avec bain privé. Le maître au deuxième étage comprend une douche à l'italienne et une baignoire jacuzzi. La troisième chambre avec 2 lits superposés a également sa propre salle de bain privée, TV et pourra accueillir 4 enfants.
La cour extérieure avec barbecue à gaz, douche et coin salon est l'endroit idéal pour passer du temps ensemble après une journée à la plage. De plus, il y a deux balcons extérieurs et un parking privé pour deux véhicules.
Situé en face d'une aire de jeux et de la piscine Cabana, et à quelques minutes du centre-ville et de la plage, cette maison est offerte par The All Seasons Collection 30A ww. allseasons30a. com.

Nice stay

Good stay. Property is nice and clean. Well managed. Only slight downside is that Water Street is a main thoroughfare with a decent amount of traffic and maintenance vehicles.

Beautiful house and location!!

Week at the beach!

Rosemary is such a peaceful and beautiful place to vacation. The cottage was beautiful and fully stocked with all that we needed. It was great to have the bikes for riding around Rosemary and our trips to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean and plenty of room for our family of 5. The included biked were well used and appreciated. Location to beach and pools and shops and restaurants was perfect. We would stay again! Thanks!

Wonderful home!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family-clean, Convenient, well-stocked, great beds and porches! The location can not be beat. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We will make a point to stay at this house again. What a great vacation!

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed staying in Rosemary Beach. This home was very convenient and close to tons of restaurants and shops. It was very well equipped for cooking, the beach and lounging around. We would definitely come back! Thank you!

Amazing week in Rosemary Beach

We are regular guests in Rosemary Beach, but this was our first time in a home in the neighborhood behind the town center, and it did not disappoint! The location of the house was perfect - right next to a pool and playground for the kids, one block from shops and restaurants, and a quick walk or bike ride down to the beautiful Rosemary beaches. Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out (the boys loved the bunk beds) and we found ourselves on the front porch playing games and having an afternoon snack almost daily. We will definitely stay at this amazing house again!

A wonderful family & friendly place

We found learning about Rosemary Beach to be a wonderful and happy experience. The home we stayed in is in a perfect location. It's well furnished with a very comfortable master bedroom. A pleasant surprise to be so close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. Any problems or concerns will be addressed quickly. A visit to the Donut Hole is a must in the morning and a short walk any time to Kilwins is so easy. This is a must visit community.

The Happy House

My family and I, including two little kids, had the best time staying at the Happy House. The owner was easy to communicate with, we had plenty of utensils and towels (including beach towels), and the rooms and layout of the place worked great for our needs. The girls especially loved the bunk beds in their room. The location was great and the neighbors super quiet. Overall, it was a 5 star experience and we cannot wait to come back.

Great location and clean. Well furnished

Very clean upon arrival. Appreciated that the BBQ grill was new and grate was clean. Kitchen area and living room although somewhat small was comfortable for a family of 4 plus. More adults you may be cramped. Both beds comfortable and nice showers and bathrooms. Great location to pool and Barret square. Had a great outdoor shower and beach chairs was an added bonus

Perfect home for our family fall break

The home was wonderful. Across the street from the cabana pool which served as a useful landmark for the kids finding their way back home on their bikes. Easy walk to the restaurants and beach. Lovely interior with large front porch and balcony off master. Small kitchen and living space, but just the right size for our group of 2 adults and 3 teens. Cheryl was an attentive and responsive manager, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will happily book this home again!

I want to never leave

Pros-location Bikes Cozy cottage vibe Access to pools Location to all our favorite food spots Never had to drive our car Lots of beach toys, chair, umbrellas, wagon to use to haul our stuf Cons-we had to leave! I’ve been visiting 30A most of my life and as an adult, this was my most favorite property. I hope to come back many times over! 10/10

This was our family’s 4th trip to 30A and it is always a dream! This house was perfect for our family of 7. I love that the bunk room had its own full bath. The nook bed is in the kitchen area, so if you don’t have a heavy sleeper in your crew, that bed might not be functional but it is a cozy spot to curl up and read. Kitchen has all the appliances you need for a week stay. Easy walk to the square and beach! Highly recommend

Charming and convenient

My parents, 12 year old son, and I vacationed at Happy House to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. One of the things we enjoyed most was riding the provided bikes around Rosemary and down 30a. The proximity to the pool was nice too. The town itself was charming and had so many nice places to eat and shop and of course, a beautiful beach. The house was conveniently located- all that Rosemary has to offer was a short walk or bike ride away. The home was cozy and very clean. As a Louisiana girl I appreciated the lagniappe- local coffee provided, laundry detergent etc. These are the little touches that made us feel right at home.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing

This property is just as described. It was great for our family! Would easily sleep two couple plus 4 children. There is also a cozy sleeping nook off the living area. We loved the porches and the close proximity to the town square. The managers were very responsive and nice when we had an issue with the bunk bed mattresses. The furnishings are new and beautiful. Just what you would expect from a Rosemary Beach property:) Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’d give it a 5 star except for the bunk beds- but i think they are remedying the issue!

Wonderful Property & Highly Attentive Owner

My family took a much needed trip to Rosemary Beach for spring break and could not have been happier with this house... it was absolutely perfect! The house is located right in the middle of town making it incredibly easy to get around the town. The 4 bikes that were included in the rental allowed the entire family to zip to dinner, the tennis courts or the beach. There was plenty of room for me and my wife and two teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook an impromptu dinner for friends. Cheryl (owner) was great to work with and quick to respond whenever I had questions. A large storm knocked out the internet and Cheryl had someone to the house with a wireless hotspot within an hour after I we spoke. This was our first time to Rosemary Beach and we are already talking about coming back next year. I highly recommend this property for families looking for a seamless rental experience and overall great place to stay!

Perfect getaway!

Property is located in a beautiful neighborhood, with great shops and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The beach was also an easy walk and having the wagon and cooler provided with the house was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. We will definitely recommend to friends and family vacationing in Rosemary Beach.
