The kitchen with island seating is well equiped to prepare your favorite meal and serve in the adjacent dining area to include seating for eight. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom and bath. This bathroom allows for access from the living area.
The first floor features two master ensuites with double vanity sinks, one with a shower and tub combination and the other a larger walk-in shower. The style of these rooms is a unique combination of Mediterranean and Caribbean decor. The laundry room with washer/dryer is also located on this level.
The fourth bedroom, a queen is privately located on the third floor. This area also features private bath and a whimsical reading nook.
