La décoration côtière des Antilles, accompagnée d'accents africains, apporte un élément inégalé de culture et de style à cette résidence de plage de 3 étages. Les espaces communs au 1er étage sont accueillants avec un concept ouvert. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur l'un des nombreux sentiers de promenade de la plage, offrant un accès facile aux magasins et restaurants de Rosemary Beach mais surtout à la plage!

Les étages supérieurs du Carlin Ward Cottage présentent des textures organiques et des illustrations dans chacune des 3 chambres. La suite parentale et la chambre d'amis sont toutes deux situées au 2e niveau de la maison. La suite principale offre un lit king, plus un grand balcon priv��! La chambre d'hôtes est confortable avec un petit balcon privé et une salle de bains privative. En suivant l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'au 3ème étage, vous rencontrerez un loft ouvert avec 2 lits jumeaux, une vue sur la cime des arbres et une télévision à écran plat. Une cour de bonne taille est située juste à côté de l'aire de stationnement pour 2 voitures avec 2 chaises longues, un barbecue à gaz et 4 vélos gratuits pour adultes.

Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for our family, with its location right on the boardwalk we're able to get anywhere in Rosemary Beach in just a few minutes. The house was clean, plenty of linens and shower supplies including the outdoor shower. The property manager communicated well and there were no problems accessing or using the property.

Rosemary at it’s best

The house is in the middle of Rosemary but on a quiet street away from foot traffic. Very comfortable.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location walking and biking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend this location for your family vacation. Only thing we could have used was beach chairs and umbrella's otherwise the house was perfect.

It is always very clean, equipped with everything we need and perfectly located for our family's vacation preferences. We find the beds comfortable, the outdoor shower helpful with sand control and little kids, and 30A Luxury Vacations quite helpful to work with. They made this vacation quite effortless and we are grateful.

Very Nice Neighborhood and Clean House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rosemary Beach is Beautiful, and this house was in a very nice neighborhood and felt safe and able to walk everywhere. You can walk to restaurants and shopping and do not even need to use your car. This house does have a lot of steps so that was a little hard when you are older. The house was clean, and the bed was comfortable (we only used master bedroom). The Management Company is professional and always answered the phone if you ever need anything.

Overall a great rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and the home was clean and was decorated very nicely. All amenities that were promised were there. The beds were very comfy and the pillows as well. The location to the town center couldn’t be beat! The beach was a quick 6 minute walk down a boardwalk which was nice. The beach service that was a separate purchase was great as well. The main bedroom bathroom sinks were stopped up and slow draining but rental company offered to send someone right away to fix but it wasn’t bad enough to warrant that. I’m sure they resolved after our departure. We would rent this property again and you can’t beat the service and quick responses from 30A Luxery Rentals.

Beautiful place, great location!

I hosted a group of 8 girls for a friend’s bachelorette party at this location. We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and exactly as the listing depicted. The check-in process wasn’t the easiest I’ve ever done, but the host was extremely responsive both with calls and messaging. The best part was the location!!! We were a 2-3 minute walk from the main downtown area! Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful Home in Beautiful Rosemary Beach

Everything about this property and location was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to feel like home for a week. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and cookware for preparing meals, the beds were all comfortable (my 5 year old loved the beds tucked into the wall in the upstairs hallway), and the living area was spacious but also very cozy. The house has direct access to the boardwalk running through the neighborhood, and is on the Rosemary Beach fitness trail. Access to the beach, the pools, and the shops/restaurants was very easy and quick. The AC worked well (the 3rd floor was a little warm during the day but that's to be expected) despite temperatures reaching the mid 90's each day, and with almost no rain to cool things down. My only complaint was that there is no padding on the underside of the spiral stairs leading to the 3rd floor, which bit both my wife and I as we stood up from putting our son into his bed. I solved the problem by strapping a pillow to the stairs, but these really should have some padding on them. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, 2 elementary aged kids, and dog had a wonderful experience at Carlin Ward. It was the perfect size for us. We rent a different house every year in Rosemary for the past 10 years and this one definitely ranks towards the top. Loved the close proximity to "town", the bunkbeds for kids, the Sonos audio and TV, the outdoor shower, and the shaded rear deck for evening grill out. The house was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. As usual, the week went by too fast! We would gladly return to Carlin Ward.

Great house

The house was great. Checked out on Sunday, I wish I had known that you cannot access beach on after checking out . I had chairs and umbrellas rented for the entire day and didn’t have a way to access beach. Rental company and chair company should let out of town guests know that ahead of time.

Perfect Location, everything you need!

Couldn't have asked for a better location, just a block away from shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfy, the board games were stocked. Thanks for the easy check-in!
