Check in and check out were super easy! Condo was clean and as described-having our own covered parking area was AMAZING! The property itself (building, pool etc) could use some general maintenance but we had a great trip and fabulous stay-would recommend to friends!

The location was perfect! Right on the water! As first time guests, I appreciated the location and easy access to the beach and surrounding amenities! I also liked private parking and Gulf shores is a tourist place and parking can be limited! However, being so close to all of the restaurants and shops, it was an easy walk. Will definitely come again!

View was absolutely stunning. I was able to watch dolphins while enjoying my morning coffee The pool is smaller, but the building doesn’t seem to have many condos, so it was never busy! The beach was just a short walk.

Short get away

The property was very nice. We enjoyed how close to everything it was. The pool was nice and being able to walk right off the elevator to the beach was a plus. The only complaint that I have is there is a musty scent in the room.

Excellent

Clean as a whistle. Private parking space. Smells fresh. Everything you need is provided. Easy access to the beach and pool. I love the communication through messages and emails. It was prompt reminders so you didn’t have to worry about leaving late. I definitely stay here again.

The view of the beach was great. We enjoyed the size of the building being only 8 stories and this condo having a covered parking spot. One item that wasn't mentioned in the description was a hair dryer that was provided in the bathroom. It was noted in an email as one of the items to pack if needed. I did bring my own, but could've saved space since there was one there. That's kind-of important since we flew into the Gulf Shores airport. We didn't end up cooking so I don't have much to review about the kitchen items provided. The furniture was okay (could be updated) since there were only 2 of us, but more furniture would make seating more comfortable if there were 6 people staying there. All-in-all, we had a nice trip.

We also appreciate your comments about the hair dryer. Because hair dryers are not a required amenity, they aren't included in our listing or packing recommendations. Some owners choose to provide one, while others do not, so we recommend guests bring one if it's something they know they'll need. We're glad there happened to be one available during your stay, even though you had packed your own. Thank you as well for your feedback on the furnishings. Very dirty floors and dirty recliner; the bed was very uncomfortable; microwave did not work well. Everything was half cooked; stovetop was electric and did not cook everything in the pan evenly; ceiling had water damage walls looked worn and front door locks did not work properly and door looked like it needed to be replaced; there was a strong scent of mold and walls shook when strong winds outside. Just awful

The room was very clean, the beach access was great. The pool below was also very clean. The fridge had an ice maker which was nice. The bed could have been a little softer but other than that the property was awesome!
