Cette unité de salle de bains avec une chambre, une salle et demi peut accueillir confortablement 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Avec un lit queen size dans la suite principale, un canapé-lit dans le salon et des lits superposés pour les enfants, cet espace ne manquera pas de procurer confort et espace à chacun. (Veuillez noter que les lits superposés ne sont pas adaptés aux adultes). Vous pourrez vous réveiller avec une tasse de café fraîche préparée dans la cuisine bien approvisionnée et la savourer sur votre balcon privé donnant sur la plage. Fit our budget

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay. Furniture appeared a little worn. Matress a little too soft. Sort of small place for 5 people. Found s mikdyvwash cloth in tub. Algae growing around tub drain cuz faucet was left slightly running. Once day a young girl had her puppy in outdoor pool. My husbandvis immynicompromuaed with a long list of ' do not's". A puppy is on that list so we just left pool area for that day. Appreciatedxeasy access to beach and both pools. Extra cooler and beach toys in closet for our use. Would probably stay here again. The issues in bathtub were quickly taken care of with call to Bender. ( can't scroll back to proof read this, sorry for mistakes)

Family Beach Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice and had a great view!! Being that you pay $170.00 for a cleaning fee, it should be a lot cleaner. The pots and pans, dishes and silverware were dirty. There was food left in the cabinets and fridge. The walls behind the bunkbeds were very dirty. The balcony only had two chairs which was a bummer because the view is spectacular! There is no garbage chute, ice machines or vending machines on the property. The pool is a great size, and it was kept very clean. The best part of this property would be the access to the beach. My mom has COPD so the very short walk to the beach was awesome!! The only reason I will not return to this property is the nightmare parking. The parking is almost non-existent, and anything larger than a sedan or small SUV is almost impossible to park. I will, however, use Bender reality for all future bookings. They are so kind, helpful and find a solution for anything you may need!!! Thank you, Ladies, at Bender Reality, you Rock!!!

Summer vacation

The actual condo itself was nice and had a great view of the ocean. We seen dolphins as soon as we got there. One of the sliding doors to the bunk beds was broke but told the facility and said they would fix that. The things I did not like was the parking. VERY limited parking at the site and one night a security guard just told us to park on the side which was hardly any room but then left a note on the window telling us to move it. Had to pay an additional $20 for another car parking pass that they said had to stay at the Bender office which was a little less than a mile down the road. No one told us there was parking right across the street. There was a small sign we finally noticed later on the week. Also, the entry way to the pool and beach was through a gate in the small parking garage they had reserved just for certain rooms. And there was parking in front of the gate so if the person who parked there parked too close it was difficult to get through.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our quick stay at this property. There was an occasional “skunk” smell, but that’s not the property owners’ fault. The furniture isn’t beach-y, but that is clear from the pictures, and also the owners’ prerogative… I would stay in this condo again.

Great view, ok everything else.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view at the condo was great! however, there were several things that definitely need attention. In the master bathroom the toilet bowl brush in the corner was very dirty, an orange color. I mean a toilet bowl brush is a $1 at the dollar store. Also the bath tub was not clean. There is a place in the bath tube that as visually been patched. I wouldn't let my little ones sit down in it to bath. The furniture in the living room has not been maintained and cleaned appropriately. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes, however there were dirty dishes placed in the cabinet like they were clean! Also the table and chairs that are shown in the picture on the balcony is NOT at all in working condition. There was one seat sat up however the seat was almost out of it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst condo we have stayed in. Carpet was absolutely filthy with huge dirt spots everywhere. Shower liner had mold along the bottom of it. Furniture was so old, dirty and outdated. Wouldn’t sit on it without having sheets covering it. Definitely will not stay here again!

Decor was nice and amenities were nice except that the steam room was out of order and the sign looked like it has been out of order for a very long time. View was fantastic from balcony but chairs on balcony were uncomfortable.

2015 Gulf Shores Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the Caribbean. This was our second time staying at the Caribbean and would highly recommend it. It is beachfront, very family oriented, it has everything you need for a family.The condo was clean and furniture was ok (might need to replace the sleeper sofa) overall we had a very good stay. The staff at BenderRealty is always so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic Condo Property

The only drawback to this property was the sand walkway to the beach. A wooden walkway would certainly improve the Caribbean Condos.
