Ocean House propose une piscine extérieure à entrée nulle, 2 piscines pour enfants, un espace barbecue avec des kiosques et est directement face au golfe. Cette unité de salle de bain 2 chambres / 2 mise à jour offre du granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et du carrelage au sol.

Il y a un accès au balcon depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le salon propose un canapé-lit, un fauteuil inclinable et 2 fauteuils, ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale offre une literie king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain principale privée avec baignoire / douche combo.

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, ainsi que des ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles. La salle à manger est adjacente à la cuisine et offre des sièges pour 4 avec 2 tabourets de bar au bar de la cuisine. La cuisine offre également un garde-manger et un placard qui abrite la laveuse / sécheuse superposées.

Beautiful view and nice room. They don't leave to many extras, so be sure to bring tp, trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. There were a couple of the cheaper made beach chairs in the closet that will work in a pinch if you need them.

Perfect place to book for a family vacation

The condo was very clean and decorated so cozy for a beach vacation. This was our first time booking anything other than a hotel. The process for booking, checking in, checking out and any questions we had were answered right away. This was our very first family vacation. We are planning on coming back every summer! I have been recommending this to everyone!

We have never stayed in these condos before. We loved the location and the only complaint was only having one elevator and it broke while we were there.

We had a great time. Beach front, great views, easy access to beach. My mother (75) was able to get to beach easily. Only complaint is hot tubs were not heated.

Cozy with Beautiful View

We stayed in this condo for vacation/daughters softball tournament. It was perfect for us as other teammates where in other units of the same building. It was cozy with great views and easy access to the beach. It was a convenient location to restaurants and the softball fields. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Loved it!

Prefect location! Beautiful view. Worked perfect for what we needed as a party of 5 (4 adults, 1 toddler). Washer and dryer was a great plus that a lot of units dont have. I would recommend bringing more trash bags (2 available). Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

The only issues we had were getting the TV in proper settings and wifi kept going out. The property managers solved the problems quickly and went above and beyond to make things work!

Clean and great location

Overall really liked the place. It was very clean, nice floor plan, and loved the location. It's close to restaurants and shops. One thing I really liked was that there was a bathroom on the bottom floor which is very convenient so you don't have to go all the way up to your room. The ONLY negative (which is very small) is that the round table in the microwave doesn't spin (it's broken) so our lasagna burned in the middle. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Nice apartment old rundown condo.

The apartment that we stayed in was nicely decorated but the place was old!!! There's paint peeling off the back of the building there are lots of cracks and places that need to be repaired. Only one elevator! Pool is nice. Not sure if I would stay there again or not.

Great location & amenities

This 9th floor condo has a great view from it’s large balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The large zero entry pool was awesome. Having restrooms near the pool was so convenient for both beach and pool time…saving you time and hassle to go up to the condo. Seems small but a game changer. I also liked that the beach wasn’t as deep in front of the condo so again convenient. Thanks for my first beach trip to Gulf Shores. I will definitely be back with more family!

Cleaning crew

Only issue was the cleaning people were mocking on our door at 8 am on day of checkout asking when we were leaving, we had until 11am to leave. Then while packing and loading thing’s downstairs to vehicle the cleaning crew came in while we were still packing and loading, trying to start cleaning when we weren’t even checked out yet.

Old TVs and funky smell

TVs need to be updated to smart to be able to cast. We had troubles with ALL the TVs and there is a funky smell in this condo.

Luis, We hate you had trouble with the televisions during your stay. We haven't had any complaints from any other guest but we will definitely check into this. As for the smell, we have not had any reports of issues with that either but will make sure we look into this as well. In your review you describe the smell as funky. Could it be from an air freshener, detergent or cleaning products? We will be researching with housekeeping and guests on site to see if we can track down the funky smell. Nice, but.....

I had high hopes about this rental bc the pictures made it look extremely clean, however, upon arrival the floor was so dirty with sand, dirt, debris and wads of hair, I was immediately disappointed. Also, both bedspreads had sand all over them. For travelers with small kids, neither of the sliding glass doors locks work. We had a great time bc we hardly spent time in the condo. Overall not a bad stay, but won't stay in this unit again.

Melissa, We are saddened by your review of your stay with us in the great property. Had we known your unit was less than average at arrival we could've had any issues addressed and corrected. We do not want our guests to be inconvenienced at all by having to clean during their vacation. We do hope that despite the minor issues you mentioned that you were able to enjoy the fantastic views and the amenities this unit & complex offers.
