Beachfront Perfection ~ Stunning Balcony Beach & Gulf Views ~ Close to it All

Beachfront Perfection is on the 7th floor of the low density (9 floors and 30 units) Westwind building. It's just 1 mile West of The Hangout and Hwy59.

You come to the beach to see and enjoy THE BEACH! This unit has Stunning views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

Upon entering your unit the first thing you'll notice is that it's clean, crisp, updated and very well appointed. The bedroom with beautiful King sized bed, ample closet and TV are to your right.

As you walk down the hall to the left you'll find a Pair of twin XL bunk beds which children of all ages will love (with plenty of room and storage underneath for your beach necessities). To the right is the remodeled bathroom with new vanity/granite top (matching the kitchen counter tops) and tiled walk-in shower with beautiful glass doors.

You'll also find the in unit washer/dryer combo conveniently located in the hallway closet.

Exiting the bathroom to the right you'll walk into the fully remodeled kitchen area with newer stainless-steel appliances, Venetian Gold granite counter-tops and everything you'll need to make memorable meals at the beach.

Beyond the kitchen is the dining and living areas then of course the balcony with stunning views of the beach and Gulf. The counter-top has 3 bar-stools and the perfect height dining table has 4 chairs. You've got a beautiful desk for a laptop or work area plus a comfy chairs and a beautiful sleeper sofa for extra guests and big screen TV. The free WIFI is great for down time when you need to run your devices.

Step out of the new sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and hear the sound of the surf - nothing is more calming or soothing!

Other amenities include outdoor pool with chairs tables and loungers, BBQ grills and a boardwalk between the building and the sugar sand beach. You'll receive 1 Parking Pass for your vehicle which will be located on the kitchen counter when you check-in.

Condo as described. 7th floor offers amazing ocean views where we enjoyed dolphins swimming by, many birds and great beach views all times of the day.

We had such a great time. The condo is excellent. Very clean and the balcony is awesome. I loved sitting there drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins. Very close to everything in town We had trouble getting the tv to work in the bedroom and David was great to help. Hope to stay again sometime.

The condo was wonderful! Great view of the beach and close to everything we needed! The only issue we had was not enough parking spaces but owners were quick to help with a resolution! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Fantastic condo!!

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a week over spring break. We absolutely loved the condo and the location. The balcony over looking the ocean was amazing! David was so quick to answer all of my questions and was amazing as well. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Everything was fantastic!

This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. David was great to work with and everything was exactly like the pictures showed but better. The beach is just 20 steps from the condo and the views are amazing. We will be back!!!

Wonderful

I brought my daughter for her birthday along with and our best friends and stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect! The location was so close to everything. We walked to restaurants and the souvenir shops with no problems! The view of the beach was so relaxing and beautiful!! I have no complaints of this property! The owner even reached out the first day to make sure everything was going smoothly! I greatly appreciated that.

There was a problem involving a leak that was unavoidable and coming from another unit. The owner refunded some money for the inconvenience though we didn’t ask for it. I e would definitely go back.

This is a great location. Right on the beach. Unit was clean, updated, and furnished as expected when we arrived. Check in and check out were totally painless. Some frustrations: we stayed for 4 nights. There was no backup roll of toilet paper, just what was in the dispenser when we arrived. This unit has a no dogs policy. The building does not. The unit next door had a dog. That dog barked from 9 pm to midnight Friday and Saturday. The walls between units are not soundproofed.

Garrett, so glad you enjoyed your stay. I’d like to address your frustrations. Most of the cleaning services leave a starter of most things you’ll need but no more. This includes soap, shampoo, PT, TP, laundry detergent, etc. we do mention most of these things in our confirmation email but not the TP. We will definitely add this going forward so guests know to bring sone with them! The building is not pet friendly for guests, any guests in any unit. Owners are allowed to bring pets to their unit. We would have been more than happy to handle the barking dog issue with the owner of the next door unit. Please don’t hesitate to let us or any owner of a unit you stay in the future. I’m sure they’ll handle it too.

Anniversary Trip to the Beach

The hosts were awesome and extremely interactive and attentive. We had some issues with the building. First when we arrived the elevator didn't work and we were on the 7th floor. So we had to make a trip up the stairs with some of our stuff. Then while we were sitting on the balcony relaxing, there was a knock on our sliding glass door and a man was standing there. He had entered our condo and was knocking on the balcony door! He was an exterminator. I have no idea how he got into our unit and he shocked us so much we told him he could spray and when he left we locked the door. I should have lost my mind with him because he walked into our "home". So despite the issues with the building itself, we had a great time.

Jeff - so very sorry you had these two issues! We hate that you had to use the stairs upon arrival but am glad the elevator was fixed soon after. There's no excuse for the Pest Control situation. I contacted the President of our Board immediately and he called the company to ensure they were aware and that this will never happen in the future! So glad you had a good trip otherwise.

Beachfront Perfection is now part of the D&E Landing Vacation Rentals family. The company is named after us, David and Edna. The name came to Edna literally as we were signing the documents to purchase our first property.

Edna's a native Alabamian who grew up in Phenix City. David grew up outside of Boston but found his way to Alabama in the middle 80's. We fell in love with Northeast Alabama but Edna has always loved the beach!

Gulf shores called to us in the spring of 2020 and we decided it was time to have a place of our own and one that others can enjoy as well! We are, like many couples in Alabama, a house divided. Edna's the Alabama football fan and David's the Auburn fan. Iron bowl Saturdays are always interesting around our house!

David hunts and fishes while Edna's a shopaholic!

We both love to meet people, make new friends and serve our guests. We believe in delivering the maximum value for your dollar and will do whatever it takes to ensure you have a fantastic time!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Beachfront Perfection is special to us because it's a low density building with only 9 floors and 30 units. This means much less competition for a piece of the beach vs. the larger complexes with many more units and ultimately guests on the beach!

The views are fabulous and the sound of the ocean is so calming when you sit on the balcony. This unit faces the beach and ocean - it's simply awesome!

Our unit was completely remodeled and redecorated not too long before we purchased it. The previous owners spared no expense to update the unit even down to replacing the sliding glass doors to the balcony and adding a hurricane door.

Everything you need is included except your personal items, food, etc. You'll receive a roll of TP in each bathroom and a roll of PT in the kitchen so bring some extra with you.
