This newly remodeled and new to the rental market 2-bedroom 2 bath condo has everything you will need for a quick getaway or a long winter stay. Located in the sought-after Ocean Walk complex walking distance to the pier/village area and just minutes to the beach. The complex host 2 pools (one is heated in the winter months), tennis /Pickel ball/basketball courts, fitness center in the clubhouse, Playground, large duck pond, onsite laundry and much more.

The unit has open living room dining area and kitchen, primary bedroom has its own ensuite and second bedroom has a shared bath in the hall. Unit does have a sleeper sofa in the living room. King in the primary bedroom and queen in the other.

First time stay at SSI

Great communication with Shannon when we had to make a small adjustment to our trip. Our original condo had an issue prior to arrival, so she upgraded us to a townhome and it was very nice. I think it actually worked out better for us than the one we had picked out. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Condo was not clean. Their was repair materials left in the living room. Floor was dirty, table dusty and blue pillow cases were dirty. Seems like cleaning lady is not doing her job.Other then that, i loved everything. I would definitely go again.

This location was very clean, quiet, and close to local shops. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to have some peace and quiet.

This condo was exactly as listed. Great location (walking to many restaurants or a quick drive if your group is less mobile!). Spacious. Very nice appliances if your group is looking to stay in and make meals! Thank you for hosting us!

Great place and location

For the three of is, the place has two bedrooms (one king & one queen), two bathrooms. Kitchen was small but had all the essentials including a washer and dryer. Nice balcony which was a great place to sit in the morning to drink my tea! Close to shops and restaurants! Definitely would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very quiet and nicely updated. The location is walking/biking distance to all the food, fun, parks and shops. A great family environment. Shannon was so responsive and great to work with.

Ocean Walk

This property is in a perfect location, We have stayed in Ocean Walk in the past. It's a quiet, clean neighborhood. Walk to town and good bars/restaurants. This particular property could use a bit of updating; but it's perfect for a couple who just want to relax.

Family vacation

What a beautiful property! The owners have put some money into the place upgrading it. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are updated and very clean. The beds are comfortable too. The kitchen has everything you need to make food for the week. The pools, playground, and swings by the pond are a great amenity for kids. The condo is within walking distance to the village and a big playground. We can’t wait to stay again soon!!

St Simons stay

We were in the area for a wedding and booked the Ocean Walk condo. Perfect for us and our grown children, about a mile walk to town, would have loved to have been closer to beach, but this was the price we wanted.
