Oceanwalk Condos ... un cadre magnifique à distance de marche de la plage, des restaurants et boutiques. Notre condo est idéalement situé sur la piscine chauffée, avec de magnifiques vues tropicales de la salle de séjour et un patio. Une chambre avec deux lits doubles, tirez futon dans le salon et d'une salle de bain complète. Cuisine complète comprend micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Patio extérieur avec table et quatre chaises donnant sur la piscine chauffée. Clubhouse offre à proximité d'un centre de remise en forme, salle de jeux, et un centre d'affaires avec Internet salut-vitesse sans fil.

Oceanwalk condos sont situés dans un cadre serein avec deux piscines, de canards et d'étangs de poissons, aire de jeux, courts de tennis, et club-house. Si vous voulez un changement de rythme se promener à la plage ou de la jetée à environ 10 pâtés. Les grands trottoirs, il est facile à faire du vélo. Après une journée à la plage, vous pourrez vous promener dans le village pour les boutiques. Le village offre également une grande variété de restaurants avec flare local. St. Simons Island et ses environs offrent golf, pêche, sports nautiques, des sites historiques, des boutiques, de grands restaurants, et surtout des gens formidables.

Unit is outdated

Wallpaper in bathroom from the 1970’s & gaps in theseams. Very old shower. Heat& air conditioning vent is rusted. sofa sagged in the middle and & very uncomfortable. No table & chairs, only 2 bar stools at the counter. Two beds in bedroom with a futon where the table Chairs should have been. Not sure how it can be advertised as sleeps 6. I was terribly disappointed.

They need to have some instructions as to the television. The light in the refrigerator was out when we checked in and we replaced it ourselves. (not a problem)

Lovely condo..great location

Perfect location! Neat, clean and orderly. Not updated and modern, but I knew that going in and was perfectly fine with it. It was pleasant. Saw a roach, not uncommon in the area though. Didn’t seem to be from uncleanliness. Ran out of toilet paper…kind of a faux pas.

We love this cozy condo!

This condo has everything you need and it is budget-friendly. The pool-front stay is great for the price and the condo is close to everything. We have stayed here twice and had a great stay both times.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time exploring Saint Simon Island. Condo was convenient to the pier. We went down to the pier area daily and visited other sites. Great place!

Cozy little spot close to everything

We had a great time with our kids! This property is right by the pool and close to food, a pier, the beach, & shopping! Would definitely stay here again!

An Emergency booking

Exactly as the other reviews state. This was a last minute booking and we felt lucky to find another condo in OW as we were already there. However I would never book this unit again. Very old and outdated, all woodwork is in bad shape, no iron or ironing board and not even a spatula to use if we wanted to cook. The only clean feeling thing in the unit was the refrigerator. We met the owner, who is very nice, I just have a different idea of nice and clean.

Good Location

Location good, Did not realize we had no washer or dryer. Really just good for 2 Adults, 1 of the Beds horrible. The cleaning could get under the futon and other places. But my 6 year old cleaned those for you. Kinda worried about the taped together facuet, but it worked. Loved the location.

Weekend visit

The location and property are fantastic. A short walk to the village and restaurants. The pools, playground, and lake on property were perfect. I would absolutely return to Ocean Walk on our next visit, but I likely would not book this unit again. The property manager did allow us to pay an extra fee to check in early/check out late- which was greatly appreciated. But it was difficult to get information about our stay, we didn't receive the unit number until we were already in the car driving there. It seemed we were lacking the most basic check in details and had to message several times. We rent a lot and typically receive an email with all the details, so this was a first where I had to ask where I was going. The unit itself is no frills, the complex as a whole is older, but many units have been updated. We had family staying in 4 other units so we got to see a couple for comparison (including in the same building)- ours was by far the most outdated. However, our unit was also the most affordable. Considering we didn't spend much time in the unit, it worked for our needs this time around. My biggest complaint about the unit is the smell- smells like it was smoked in for many years and it has seeped in to everything in there. The two couches are stained/well worn and the shag rug seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed. Overall you get what you pay for. If you want to save money and just have a homebase, book this unit. If you want a more cozy unit to spend time in, look for other units in the same complex (A10 is the same size/layout but updated!).

Great location, proceed with caution

Location is excellent- close walk to town, playground, pool, clubhouse, and fishing pond were enjoyed by all Owner had an information sheet on the counter upon arrival with codes to access clubhouse, pool, etc. The info sheet had brief checkout procedures. One of the bullets on this sheet mentioned that the bathroom sink will drain, but it drains slowly. We didn’t think anything of it, but did notice about 4 inches of water in the sink at arrival. This sink KEPT water (hairs, etc.) in it for the length of our stay. We had the kids and ourselves to brush teeth at the kitchen sink. When arriving back in from dinner one evening and entering the bathroom, we discovered 1/4 in. of water covering the floor and the sink overflowing. The drain was backing water up into the sink and spilling onto the floor. We cleaned it up and informed the owner. We received an apology and a thank you for the information. Keep in mind that the info sheet on the counter mentioned slow drainage. (Owner was already aware of an issue/concern) It didn’t mention lack of drainage and back flow from the drain to cover the floor.

We live in Key West, Florida, with our sweet son, our two beautiful dogs, and demanding cat. We lived in St. Simons for a few years and fell in love with it. Our family still lives on the island, so it is always nice to come back. Every time we arrive on St. Simons Island we feel like we are coming home!

Sitting outside on our poolside patio; whether watching the kids swim, having a cool beverage, or just taking it easy. When not poolside we love walking through the beautiful oak trees, long walks on the beach, bike riding around the island, and exploring surrounding islands. Don't forget to try a local crab cake and the legendary 'Brunswick Stew.'
