"Kleines Haus 2" - 2 Bedroom unit in the Heart of Hahndorf!

Located at Unit 2 No 30 Church Street, Hahndorf, you can park your car and leave it there for your entire stay! Located one street back from Hahndorfs main precinct you can enjoy all of the wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries and displays that Hahndorf has to offer.

The main bedroom has an exceptionally comfortable queen bed with luxury linen and its own LCD smart tv connected to WIFI and ceiling fan

The second bedroom has a single bunk bed with all linen provided.

Accommodation for the 5th person is on a sofa bed in the lounge room. Linen will be provided and left for guests to make up when required.

Kleines Haus 2 offers a cosy lounge with LCD TV and comfortable sofa.

Kitchen is equipped with electric stove and hot plates, Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking / serving needs.

The unit has off street parking for 2 (one under cover park under a carport and one in front of the unit) and a private yard.

Great base for visiting the Adelaide Hills

Clean, tidy and very well equipped. Everything that you need for a base to explore the Adelaide Hills. Great location in the centre of Hahndorf. We would stay again and recommend to other guests.

Property was fantastic. Great location with a short walk to the be pubs cafes and shops. Property was clean and really well appointed. The beds were really comfortable with a great shower. Will be back.

great unit to stay in

Great unit/space, well equipped and very clean, great central location and good parking. Note: As the weather had turned cold, i recommend that additional heating and/or electric blankets are provided. we used the 5th bed in the lounge room and closed the bedroom doors for privacy, which led to the main bedroom being not heated. definitely recommend staying.

We were very happy with our stay at this house in Hahndorf. It was clean, modern (renovated) and close to the main street.

Short but sweet

We stayed at this property for just 2 nights with my family of 5 and our 13 year old groodle, Mack. We were celebrating my son’s birthday with friends, and this was just the perfect location being so close to the Hahndorf Main Street. Everything was clean and new, the property had everything we could need and we were very comfortable; Mack included! Loved it and would highly recommend this property.

Brilliant

Kleines House was the perfect location for our stay in Hahndorf. The location was perfect, the unit was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay!

Offensive smell in property caused allergic reaction of both parties

Arrived at property. Note that both husband and I were not unwell prior to arrival to property. Upon opening unit, offensive and mould type smell throughout. Old unit that had been renovated inside to appear modern. Opened all doors and windows and turned on air conditioning, with no real change. Smell caused myself to have reaction. Burning, watering eyes, tingling lips. Both husband and I experienced eyes burning and watering and burning in back of throat. Left property with all windows open and spent time away from property in attempt to air out. Returned some time later and no improvement. Both unable to stay in unit without feeling burning in throats and nauseated. Called owner who was unhelpful. Informed that they had only had property since December 2022 and "no one else had complained". Owner did not take issues seriously, stating that they had cleaned it. Noted also that wet and offensive smelling mop was also returned wet to cupboard in bathroom, however mould type smell permeated thru all of unit. When owner was asked if they could suggest any other property unhelpful would only say that they could not guarantee a refund. Made to feel this interaction was "victim blaming" was not taken seriously even with both of us becoming unwell after only a short period on time in unit. Was then required to find alternative accommodation in another town, where their where no issues. Both husband and I required to take antihistamines medication for the remainder of the day To date owner has made no effort to follow up to ascertain our welfare following incident, or make contact to discuss any form of refund.
